“Giancarlo’s was absolutely incredible. We had our ceremony there and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. They truly went above and beyond anything we expected and made our ceremony feel so special. We are so grateful we chose Giancarlo’s. If you are thinking about hosting anything here, do it. You will not regret it.“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a new pizza place to try when he came across Jet’s on DoorDash. On a whim, we decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad we did.
Everything was packed with flavor, filling, and tasted incredibly fresh. We ordered the large NY-style round pizza, and it honestly reminded me of pizza straight from Brooklyn. We also got the Triple Cheese Turbo Stix, which were absolutely worth adding to the order. In my personal opinion, Jet’s easily beats a lot of the pizza places around Buffalo. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again!“

“First and foremost, I want to praise the Manager, Nicole, for her outstanding service! She went out of her way to make everything right. She really is a one in a million. The wings were DELICIOUS and the sauce was incredible! Your company is really lucky to have Nicole and I hope she never leaves!“

“BEST PIZZA in town on a Wednesday night! Friendly, warm atmosphere where you will feel right at home and meet up with old friends and make new ones. The Belgian waffles are amazing. Stop in on a Saturday for a DELICIOUS panini and cup of soup if you are on campus or out running errands. And wind up your visit with a stop at the Catholic store and you won't walk out empty handed. I can never pass up a card or necklace and I bought my mother in law a baking dish and cutting board for Christmas. I could go on and on but you need to come see for yourself! Besides, my daughter Katie volunteers in the cafe and it's one time all week that I get served by her!!! LOL“
