Went to the Williamsville location on Memorial Day. Our server was Hanna, who did an amazing job! Shout out to the manager, Jason. He went above and beyond! I wanted to recognize him in this post. Thank you for your hospitality!
Limited menu compared to other locations. Some actual menu items not even available. “Oh we haven’t had that in a while” (still on menu). Specialty drinks made like a corner hole bar, not as described on menu. Happy Hour drinks not Happy Hour prices. Just really disappointed and will not be back. Stain to the name.
TRANSIT ROAD location. Horrible experience. Pizza is not good at all. OVERBAKED, TOO MUCH SAUCE....and we asked for light sauce and light bake! Nachos were good but not good enough to make us return. Manager was told about our pizza and did nothing. Just a crappy meal.

Santora's Pizza Pub & Grill offers exceptional service and outstanding food. The Mac & cheese hog burger comes highly recommended. The barbecue chicken sandwich is excellent with just enough sauce. The staff is friendly, with servers going above and beyond. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere and is a great spot for families. The food was delish, with large portion sizes like the half-sized nachos that could be a meal. The steak calzone and boneless wings are so delicious. The patio area is available and the staff is incredible to work with for planning events.
