Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. Meals have been decent as well, service takes a bit of time understanding because the restaurant/ bar is in the heart of Williamsville NY and has alot of traffic locals and visitors.SO my critique on the food and service is decent.As for the past now 2nd year of music on main security has been hired and 10 cover after 7 has been initiated for all.As well a 2 hr window to sit and enjoy music is enforced even though bands are booked from 6 to 9.
WE observed elders being told they need to evacuate a tables even if they just had guests join and ppl were spending money at the table between food and cocktails
IF you even try to make the security and management understand you are not done with the dining and music experience they escort you out and with verbal force.Security maintains they are following management orders. Perhaps this protocal needs to change.Again let me preface each individual was ordering meals and drinks and are regulars in the Buffalo music scene for over decades without any problems.
HONESTLY who wants to be in a environment where elders are being evicted from a table just because a protocal of 2 hr seating during a 3 hr musical event is going on.Keeping in mind also not all tables were being utilized. I believe in gentle prompting, if there is waiting lines for a table that there is a 2 hr protocal. As I say gentle prompting but with verbal force and a get up now philosophy with a removal from venue.Very sad when elders are abused over a protocal.There you have it enter with the understanding this is what happens at the Irishman expecially on Thursday music in main. Spoken in a good mind for community awareness.”

The atmosphere is amazing however, the wings are outstanding. This has become my favorite wing location in Buffalo. The only thing that is horrible is the parking. The reason is because this place is always packed. This is a good thing for the business however, it’s a crappy thing for the patrons. It’s a weird teeter totter.”

I had the cowboy omelette (western) my wife had the veggie omelette. We both had hash browns, toast and coffee. Everything was so tasty, Thanks to the owners Nicole and Nancy who make everything fresh daily ! We live in North Tonawanda but see doctors out this way . “I can't imagine how many times I have driven by the Eagle House, but it's been a lot. Well we finally had the chance to go for an 80th birthday party. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The Eagle House has a proud history dating back to the 1800's. Much of it's charm remains, as it is warm and cozy (especially by the fireplace). The portions were great, the food was reasonable and staff were pleasant. We had a party of 9 and they were able to accommodate our request for a private room on the 2nd floor. It was perfect for the occasion! It may not be sleek and modern, but that is part of the charm. It's lasted this long for a reason...”

“Love this place! It is the most consistent thai restaurant in the area. Quaint and very tranquil, every time we've went there's no wait and the restaurant is so quiet. There is no shortage of takeout flying out the doors so I'm sure business is good.

The food is SO fresh and has so much flavor and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I can't recommend this place enough. Will not go anywhere else for Thai.”

If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!”

Dine here and come with a book or games because they take way too long to bring food to the table. This is my 3rd experience there and this time they had only 7 tables filled (out of 20 or so tables) and only one server.

“good food. you must speak slow when ordering by phone. had bad reception or something. my order was wrong but delicious. good thing I'm just part time vegetarian because I thought the paneer tasted like chicken. I don't want to talk about the naan problem , the pain and suffering was great the next day because I had to walk all the way to opposite ends of store for nàan then milk to properly enjoy my meal. I have numb leg so just a little upset. also I had to eat food once with spoon. didn't mind. I tend to loose valuable forks when showing off. could go on but I have to pee. thanks for listening! owners are gems!”

“Duff's is THE wing place to go in buffalo. Whenever I come here to visit family this is always a must visit. The mall around the area is creepily empty but stepping into Duffs makes it seem full again. The atmosphere is your classic bar and restaurant place, with lots of seating and many TVs all around. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks are served in pitchers which ads to the vibe. All the different menu options were amazing. One thing to note, the higher the spice, the more sauce you get on your wings. It can definitely get busy so make sure to plan ahead. Overall, a very nice restaurant with much to offer.”

“We will come back because it was pretty good. There are areas for improvement but overall it was a good time. Everything was a bit plain seasoning wise, and had a ton of butter on all of it. I got the chicken fried chicken. It was actually much larger than I expected and was a good tasting meat. I got broccoli casserole that I couldn’t find any broccoli in. It was all breading. The beans and greens were both fine. My family also got onion petals that were great, and the hot honey chicken that was delicious. The cornbread and biscuits were both great. The potatoes were just ok The service was phenomenal. Pleasant, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The only real complaint was that we were sat at the front and were told the table was cursed, laugh, and sit down. We found out why, the hostess ran into our chair every time she walked by. The guests used the backs of our seats and our shoulders even. It’s fine, but not what we had in mind. The cost was excellent. I signed up for rewards and got a free appetizer and a $1 off ornament coupon. I also got a veterans discount. The overall cost for 3 adults with take home, under $70. We shopped a little and those prices were a bit steeper, but it seemed that everything was discounted there as well. I got a scarf and 2 ornaments and paid $20. The service at the sales counter was excellent as well. Great job Cracker Barrel!!”

“My wife and I went here on a Sunday afternoon. It had a nice crowd at the bar and in the dining room.

Our server was a nice young lady named Taylor. There is a popcorn machine and a barrell filled with peanuts to snack on.

To start I had a cup of homemade New England clam chowder and my wife had a cup of Buffalo chicken wings soup. Both soups were very delicious.

For entrées, my wife had the Buffalo Sampler Platter, and I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich with chips. My wife enjoyed the sampler platter with the wings done with sweet chili sauce. I enjoyed the Monte Cristo sandwich and I took home half the sandwich, because the portion was big.

It's a nice relaxing pub suitable for all groups and families.

Bar had multiple taps for different styles of beer. There are even two dart boards too.

The dining room was clean, as well as the restrooms.

We enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely visit here again to try more items on the menu.”

“I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.”
