“Giancarlo’s was absolutely incredible. We had our ceremony there and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. They truly went above and beyond anything we expected and made our ceremony feel so special. We are so grateful we chose Giancarlo’s. If you are thinking about hosting anything here, do it. We went to see the band ‘Too Yacht to Handle’ with Amy Frost and Scott Celini. The band was great, too and the venue felt intimate. My friend ordered a salad (huge!) she loved-vanilla infused dressing. I had fish tacos (though I wish I would have followed Danielle’s advice and gone with steak flatbread). Tacos were ok-sweet potato fries were super yummy.
This was my first time, but we will be back!”

I had the cowboy omelette (western) my wife had the veggie omelette. We both had hash browns, toast and coffee. Everything was so tasty, Thanks to the owners Nicole and Nancy who make everything fresh daily ! We live in North Tonawanda but see doctors out this way . It is really hard to rate every chinese food restaurant in the area on a scale of good to outstanding because there are certain dishes that are poor, good, and great, along with being over sauced, watery, and so on. We ordered the wonton soup, which was good. The broth was flavorful and the wontons were tasty. Next was the general tso’s chicken, the sauce was a bit watery, the chicken was crispy and not over fried, and it was was not over seasoned. The egg roll was fresh and not stale, the cabbage and pork inside was flavorful and not dense, lastly the chicken fried rice, it was not greasy or over fried. the chicken was fresh and flavorful. Overall, everything was fresh, did not taste greasy or over fried, and was not over seasoned with msg or extras. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely go back.”

“Another awesome experience, our server was Lexi and she was amazing, knew how to joke around and took our antics in stride. Extremely courteous, attentive, friendly and made our dining experience a great one. We we’re at the Transit location a month prior for a club dinner and had a great time then too. If you go and have either Lexi or Lydia as your server - just know you’re going to have a great time! They both went above and beyond. Food was good, service was incredible. Our visit was only disappointing in the fact that we had to leave. I don’t eat out often but the last 2 times I’ve chosen Olive Garden on Transit and do not regret it at all. Hopefully those servers are there the next time we go!”

“good food. you must speak slow when ordering by phone. had bad reception or something. my order was wrong but delicious. good thing I'm just part time vegetarian because I thought the paneer tasted like chicken. I don't want to talk about the naan problem , the pain and suffering was great the next day because I had to walk all the way to opposite ends of store for nàan then milk to properly enjoy my meal. I have numb leg so just a little upset. also I had to eat food once with spoon. didn't mind. I tend to loose valuable forks when showing off. could go on but I have to pee. thanks for listening! owners are gems!”

“I am extremely impressed with Eagle House and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We held a special event there for only eight people, and they went above and beyond to make the evening feel incredibly special. They graciously provided us with our own private room and table, and even allowed my family to decorate the room to make it more personal.

They also went out of their way to prepare the food we requested, even though it wasn’t on the menu. Our waitress was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.

The entire staff was accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They truly went above and beyond to make our special night one we will always remember. I highly recommend Eagle House for any special occasion!”

“I’ve been here a number of times. I’ve never been disappointed. The first time, I expected it to be like any other American style Chinese restaurant. I soon found that it was levels above that. The owner/chef takes a lot of pride in his product. He is also extremely friendly.

All of the menu items are elevated above your typical Chinese restaurant, but I normally get the Szechuan Chicken. It has nice, complex flavors.

The fried rice is also outstanding. Tastes like a very home style version, as if he was making for his family.

On occasion and if you ask, he has a small Korean menu. The Jaampong is really good and a healthy portion.

Overall, you can’t go wrong here. So happy this place exists as a better option for lunch.”

Perfect amount of wait time for the food, and I placed a large order to go to bring back to Rochester, came out in a timely fashion as well. Obviously being part of Buffalo, the Buffalo sauce was completely on point as well, I also got the sweet Cajun, delicious.”

I got the chicken fried chicken. It was actually much larger than I expected and was a good tasting meat. I got broccoli casserole that I couldn’t find any broccoli in. It was all breading. The beans and greens were both fine. My family also got onion petals that were great, and the hot honey chicken that was delicious. The cornbread and biscuits were both great. The potatoes were just ok The service was phenomenal. Pleasant, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The only real complaint was that we were sat at the front and were told the table was cursed, laugh, and sit down. We found out why, the hostess ran into our chair every time she walked by. The guests used the backs of our seats and our shoulders even. It’s fine, but not what we had in mind. The cost was excellent. I signed up for rewards and got a free appetizer and a $1 off ornament coupon. I also got a veterans discount. The overall cost for 3 adults with take home, under $70. We shopped a little and those prices were a bit steeper, but it seemed that everything was discounted there as well. I got a scarf and 2 ornaments and paid $20. The service at the sales counter was excellent as well. Great job Cracker Barrel!!”

“I actually was there that day 03/19/26The situation described is simply not true, the staff at chiplote remained professional throughout the interaction and did not engage in any yelling inappropriate language or discriminatory behavior they treated the customers with respect everyone was being helped it honestly feels exaggerated no one was being discriminated against and the employees were doing there jobs like normal saying things like this can mess up peoples jobs when it’s not true not saying every place is perfect but this review doesn’t match the actual event that occurred.”

“First time here today and I was just shocked I fell in love with the two beautiful ladies behind the counter the pizza was fantastic. I gave the cinnamon raisin loaf to Ms Marine she had a bible study class was tickled pink, I enjoyed the ricotta cheese with orange peel rind and the crossiant are still waiting their turn!! The donuts are in the fridge but will not spoil I am in the process of moving so as soon as I get settled I will buy so goodies for the holiday season All your food looking so delicious and fabulous made hungry I can’t wait to see you again thank you for making my day so special It was a pleasure meeting you both 🙏”

“Now I do not normally eat at McDonald's but I needed something fast today as I was in and out of meetings. I will say this, It was honestly the best experience in food from a McDonald's I have ever had. I ordered a Qtr pounder meal with a Apple pie on the side. The burger was completely fresh and not over cooked, the fries were very hot and salted perfectly. The apple pie was made to order, fresh and not dry. Overall a great experience food wise. The service was quick and the employees were nice. 5/5 Would rather spend the extra 10minutes driving to this McDonald's then a closer one.”

“Food was delicious got a bunch of things to try for the first time and all of them were delicious. Food was fresh and was very flavorful, and all seemed to be homemade. Got a jumbo rice bowl and it is definitely enough for a few people or to save for the next day. Definitely would recommend to others and i’m sure i’ll be back soon.”

“I can say enough about this restaurant! From the moment we walked in the staff and atmosphere was outstanding. We ordered our food and literally within 15-20min. our food was served fresh and hot. This place cooks all of there food with no seed oils and almost all of it is gluten free! It was very well put together, not messy and best of all the taste was absolutely amazing! All along the way the staff was so accommodating, nice and helpful. I highly highly recommend coming here! We for sure will be back for lunches and dinners. “We have ordered multiple times from here and the fresh warm bread that accompanies the delicious sandwiches is amazing. Their pizza is a must try, we have tried all of the pizza, our least favorite is the four cheese, but if you appreciate gorgonzola or blue cheese than you would love it. Everything is homemade and is a flavor explosion. The sandwiches are a must try, the bread is some of the best around!”
