“Giancarlo’s was absolutely incredible. We had our ceremony there and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, Hannah, the event coordinator, was beyond phenomenal. She made everything feel easy, organized, and completely stress free. Every detail was handled so seamlessly and it honestly felt like she cared just as much about our day as we did. Everything went off without a hitch and that is not something you can say often when it comes to events like this. Tori, our server, was just as amazing. Attentive, kind, on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and brought such a great energy to the day. The food, the atmosphere, the service, all of it was top tier. You can tell this team takes so much pride in what they do and it shows in every single detail. They truly went above and beyond anything we expected and made our ceremony feel so special. We are so grateful we chose Giancarlo’s. If you are thinking about hosting anything here, do it. You will not regret it.“

Our server Jimmy, knows how to give helpful suggestions and great service. If I had the choice to pick higher than 5 stars, I would for sure pick higher. We were a party of two.“

“I have been here a number of times. I always get atleast a 2" thick piece of prime rib. I know exactly what I'm getting, warm outside, cool inside bunch of hot au jus! I took our whole company to eat and everyone was delighted and impressed! as always thank you for a great experience“

“Hmmmm🤔. Ok, let me start off by saying I really enjoyed my steak sub. I've been eating Rick's Steaks since '1986, and have visited every store he's had.
My issue is/was, you guys phone is never operational and the numbers is/was not listed. Maybe it'll be corrected by the time this is posted. I drive a distant and pre-order would have made me not wait 30 minutes for 2 Steak Sandwiches.
One of my sandwiches wasn't correct at all but, it was tasty and enjoyable. The person taking my order did say the order was a little confusing but he explained if it was wrong just let him know and he'll make good on it. Again no answer on the phone and I'm sure I won't be remembered. But with all that being said... I'll be returning again soon and hopefully the phone is working.

“Bobby our server did a great job making sure our first time there was a good experience. He was a pleasure to have as a server, drinks were good and so was the food. We ordered a sirloin and buttermilk chicken sandwich. My only complaint is.....why is the sauce menu so limited ?? I mean I can help longhorn come up with some sauces if needed. Dont even have to pay me up front, I'll take the royalties quarterly 🫶🏾.“

“Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. We weren’t and didn’t complain at all but they made sure our visit was memorable and it was. I highly recommend this location, food, service and staff was excellent! “Had a great time last Saturday night for dinner- lovely space, excellent drinks, and the food was terrific. I was happy to find somewhere that had a nice variety of options. My Beau had the king cut ribeye which was deliciously cooked and additional blue cheese was provided. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. He expected the veggie to just be steamed broccoli but it was a fresh and wonderfully cooked medley of 7 or 8 vegetables. I ordered the McRib and upgraded my fries to truffle fries. The pork was perfectly cooked, their house bbq sauce delicious and the bun was nicely toasted. Fries were perfectly cooked well seasoned. The only minor complaint was they seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, our waitress seemed to be the only one working the dining room but was perfectly friendly. Will return!“
