Went to the Amherst NY location for my birthday on September 30th, our waitress Rachel was fantastic! She’s extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. The manager is also excellent. My hubby ordered a blooming onion that Rachel reordered on her own, the second one was perfect! The manager even came out and spoke to us. I took my family for dinner today and our experience was fantastic! Our food was great, our service was perfect and we had a surprise from a family member returning home from serving overseas who joined us. Our waitress came over and told our table that they would like to give us free dessert. It was very nice of the restaurant to recognize my family members service and include us all! It was a great experience and memory!
My parents took me yesterday for my birthday, May 6th. When I tell you we had the BEST experience, I mean that!!
Our waitress was also the bartender Megan, her smile and kindness lit up the room. She was very personable and kind and made our experience enjoyable! she made me a birthday drink that was out of this world as I told her to surprise me.
