“Never been a guy who is like, I want to eat at longhorn. But would when convenient or it was suggested. My experience tonight was so flawless it makes me excited to continue coming. Jamie was awesome and full of personality, Kenny the manager was very kind and checked on us. Literally, perfect! All the food was cooked as we would have wanted and we came in late when expectations usually go down. Well they blew us out of the water!!!! Thank you team!“

“Solid steakhouse. I wasn't expecting much being part of the hotel. Fortunately I was very wrong. The crab cakes were decent, we've been spoiled by trying them from many places. The steaks were fantastic. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides were great as well but fair warning, they're served family style. Imagine our surprise when we ordered for sides for two people. A small pot of mashed potatoes, two baked potatoes with all the fixings, a giant bowl of sautéed mushrooms and a large portion of asparagus.“

“We were a party of 7 from out of town visiting and wanted a good steak dinner plus a variety of other dishes since several did not want steak. Being very picky about our steaks and not familiar with restaurants in the area so we read the reviews on this one and decided to try it. What a great surprise. Let’s start with the steaks. Filets were right size, cooked as everyone wanted, tender and tasted great. Others had a variety of other dishes and all were very happy with the quality, taste and portions. The service was exceptional and in today’s environment a surprise. And the restaurant was classy, tables not crammed in and a great view of the river. Will be back next time in town.“

“It had been quite some time since we last ate at an Outback...probably 10+years... It was a pleasant experience! Our waitress was very friendly and super attentive! She checked in with us throughout our visit. The food was delicious...served super quick and hot!“

“I was greeted by a girl named Shefali. I was originally brought to a table that didn't have the greatest view, however after asking Shefali to change tables she was able to move some things around and get to a new table with the best view. The food was absolutely amazing.“

“Came on vacation in July and chose Sparks as our "fancy" dinner restaurant. It was wonderful and the perfect atmosphere with excellent service but the food was the highlight! Amazing! I am still dreaming about my meal 4 months later! I loved the wine and forgot to ask what it was before I left so I called months later and the wait staff happily referred me to the correct wine. 10/10⭐I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!“

“This is the high end restaurant within the casino resort. The ambiance and decor are amazing with a great view of the falls. Our waitress was friendly and there when we needed her.The food was amazing. The artisanal bread basket came out fresh and warm and I really wanted seconds but didn't want to spoil my meal. The onion soup was one of the best and I wish the bowl was bottomless. I ordered the lamb rack and it was cooked to perfection and I stripped every last morsel of meat from the bones. For enhancements we ordered the roasted forest mushrooms, shallots & garlic, and the mac & cheese with aged cheddar, both of which were not enough. We had to get dessert so we got the sample plate which was good. The espresso martini at the end was actually a perfect way to end the meal.“

“Saturday, March 23rd, 2024 we had a small wedding dinner in their private dinning room for our daughter & son-in-law. The manager and assistant manager came to greet us and went over a few things with us before the cake was served. The staff was awesome and the food was delicious! I would recommend this restaurant and when I am back to Niagara Falls, this would be the first place I would go to eat!“
