I have been coming here for years since we live in the area. I fell outside on their sidewalk and sprained my ankle pretty bad when the sidewalk was icey. My wife went in told them the need to put salt down for safety. I went to wellnow for X-rays and got a boot for four weeks. Their risk management called me and said pretty much too bad we aren’t responsible while it’s snowing. Just was at Texas Roadhouse and was very disappointed. The waiter was fabulous but the kitchen lost our check so our food came out late. They forgot my husband's side and the barbecue sauce on my burger. The waiter told us the manager would come talk to us but she never came till our food was done. I go at least once a month sometimes twice a month for dinner. But tonight was my worst dinner there ! 8 oz. Sirloin dinner, and half way through my dinner I found an eye lash or black hair in the steak juice on my plate.
Couldn’t finish my dinner at all.
