I had order take out for the first day of lent ordered a fish fry which was good but the portion of the sides were a little insulting especially for paying 18 dollars for the meal and a dollar for the box. It’s almost like they are looking to save a buck. I had probably a dozen tator tots and the presentation wasn’t all there. Based on the reviews, Keglers at Transit is a restaurant that has undergone great renovations and a facility makeover. The food is great, with specific meals mentioned including loaded nachos, Buffalo chicken quesadilla, stuffed pepper steak flatbread (described as quite spicy), and a side of fries. The fish fry is delicious and crispy, and the kitchen will split it for sharing. The specialty drinks options are good, though not all bartenders are trained the same. The atmosphere is electric, especially during games. Service is consistently described as amazing, with waitresses who are nice, friendly, patient, and kind, even when busy with many customers. For parties over 8, there is a $25.00 deposit required and 20% gratuity added to the total check; checks will not be split for large parties. The dining room is not huge, but it works for events like the St. Patrick's Day Party with Throwback Jack. Reservations are recommended, especially for watching a game.
