“I come here often, but my visit this morning meant so much to me. The gentleman working the drive-thru around 7:30 AM on 8/14/26 was incredibly kind. I forgot to ask for a pup cup and explained at the window (while crying) that it would be my dog’s last one, as we were taking our 15-year-old girl to the vet to be put to rest.
He immediately went and got her one (the biggest pup cup ever!), and took a moment to reassure me that everything would be okay. That small act of kindness meant more to me than he knows.
I paid by card and couldn’t leave a tip on the app?, but I WILL be back. Starbucks, please give this man a raise! It’s so special to come across genuinely kind people when you need it most. I wish I had gotten his name.“
“Not my favorite Starbucks but not horrible or anything. There tends to be a wait but it's in a popular spot so that can't be helped. Nice location not far from NYState Thruway (Highway) Exit 49 on the I-90. Turn left after the exit and Starbucks will be on the right maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile down.“
“I love it here! Its a nice place to hangout, do work, or just to relax! I really like their frappacinos especially the strawberry matcha and it is in my opinion even better with oatmilk. I love that they also have a diary free cold foam option. The staff are very nice and I love that they started writing kind messages on the cups.“
