“Not my favorite Starbucks but not horrible or anything. There tends to be a wait but it's in a popular spot so that can't be helped. Nice location not far from NYState Thruway (Highway) Exit 49 on the I-90. Turn left after the exit and Starbucks will be on the right maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile down.“

“I love it here! Its a nice place to hangout, do work, or just to relax! I really like their frappacinos especially the strawberry matcha and it is in my opinion even better with oatmilk. I love that they also have a diary free cold foam option. The staff are very nice and I love that they started writing kind messages on the cups.“
“I frequent this location on a regular basis however this morning I was left completely astounded by the show I witnessed by an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manager that was berating a male employee over something as silly as there not being a message written on a cup. Are you kidding me ???? If this is the leadership that is representing Starbucks it is going to cause a hostile work environment and lose valuable employees and customers.This manager needs to be shown the door. I felt terrible for that employee. I am sure it ruined his day because I know it ruined mine. As far as I'm concerned keep the message off the cup. Save the time that it takes to do that and replace it with a warm smile and nice verbal well wishes which I feel would be a better use of time.“
