Such great service at the Williamsville, NY location.
Tried out a Venti dark roast coffee and it was good. The barista in the drive thru was very friendly despite the place being busy. Will come back at some point in the future.
I come here often, but my visit this morning meant so much to me. The gentleman working the drive-thru around 7:30 AM on 8/14/26 was incredibly kind. I forgot to ask for a pup cup and explained at the window (while crying) that it would be my dog’s last one, as we were taking our 15-year-old girl to the vet to be put to rest.

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company is a newer, stand-alone location with a drive-through. The store is spacious with several seating areas and an open, nice ambiance, making it a comfortable place to sit and get work done. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service can be a little slow when attention is focused on the drive through, but the crew maintains a level head under pressure and is pleasant to every customer. The parking area is tight, as is the entrance and exit area. Drinks like seasonal gingerbread lattes, peppermint mochas, and vanilla iced lattes are prepared accurately and up to standards. It is a basic Starbucks location with not a long wait time inside. However, they are out of breakfast items by mid afternoon, so having an alternative breakfast item in mind is recommended. The food is different and specially catered for Indian taste at other locations, with items like a Chicken Tikka Puff. Overall, it is always a great spot and one of the favorite Starbucks locations.
