Such great service at the Williamsville, NY location.
I frequent this location on a regular basis however this morning I was left completely astounded by the show I witnessed by an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manager that was berating a male employee over something as silly as there not being a message written on a cup. Are you kidding me ???? If this is the leadership that is representing Starbucks it is going to cause a hostile work environment and lose valuable employees and customers.This manager needs to be shown...read full review

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company is a newer, stand-alone location with a drive-through. The store is spacious with several seating areas and an open, nice ambiance, making it a comfortable place to sit and get work done. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service can be a little slow when attention is focused on the drive through, but the crew maintains a level head under pressure and is pleasant to every customer. The parking area is tight, as is the entrance and exit area. Drinks like seasonal gingerbread lattes, peppermint mochas, and vanilla iced lattes are prepared accurately and up to standards. It is a basic Starbucks location with not a long wait time inside. However, they are out of breakfast items by mid afternoon, so having an alternative breakfast item in mind is recommended. The food is different and specially catered for Indian taste at other locations, with items like a Chicken Tikka Puff. Overall, it is always a great spot and one of the favorite Starbucks locations.
