La Nova Reviews
Excellent wings and pizza
Pizza is good! But at 38$ for a large pizza. It's some of the most expensive pizza in town.
Needed something quick and filing for lunch so I drove up the block to LaNova. Parking was easy to find and the pizza slices I wanted were fresh out of the oven.
They had a few options available such as original pepperoni, steak, tomato and cheese. I got a great deal on 2 slices and a pop for apx $11.
Delish!

La Nova is a restaurant known for its pizza, wings, and other classic comfort foods. Customers often visit to enjoy their pizza, which is generally appreciated, especially the cheese and pepperoni with garlic crust, and the wings and fries, which are considered good and flavorful. The wings are noted for having taste without being overly hot, making them a popular treat. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. Several reviews mention undercooked pizza, sauce that is too spicy, and a crust that tastes plastic-like. One customer described their pizza as not tasting like La Nova's usual quality, with a gross sauce and disappointing cheese. There are also complaints about limited menu options, such as the absence of beef pepperoni, which some customers miss. Additionally, food quality seems to have declined for some, with an incident involving a sub that smelled of burning cardboard and looked unappetizing, leading to it being thrown away. Despite these issues, others still find the pizza and wings enjoyable and worth a visit, especially as a treat. Overall, La Nova remains a place with good food that can sometimes fall short, emphasizing the importance of quality control. It is accessible mainly when in the main street area, and a few customers have expressed hope for improved consistency in the future.
