Update from my previous review: Mobile app glitched out yesterday on me and got charged $10.73 I thought I successfully canceled my order and got charged $7.16 told the cashier or whoever was up there that I wanted a refund for the $10 charge. Told me to call corporate and ask for a refund when it says online to contact the restaurant where you place your order. Wanted to order in and eat in. We went to Sheridan Dr in Williamsville 1st. Completely ignored, we stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, and they saw us there. I will never go to that location again. Went to this location we were served immediately, the employee was polite and helpful, the food was hot. 2 older ladies followed us to this location after we told them how bad the other location was.

Updating on 12/28/23. I stupidly decided to come back here for lunch today. Cashier who took my order In the Drivethrough had my debit card for a while. I didn't think much of it. About an hour later I had a charge for $100 from a local zip code. Pretty confident he took a pic of my card. Manager didn't seem to care when I called.So disgustingly slow. The dining area was not busy at all, and I still waited over 10 minutes for my meal.
