Update from my previous review: Mobile app glitched out yesterday on me and got charged $10.73 I thought I successfully canceled my order and got charged $7.16 told the cashier or whoever was up there that I wanted a refund for the $10 charge. Told me to call corporate and ask for a refund when it says online to contact the restaurant where you place your order. Girl at the window barely helped me figure out where the number was and I was like I’ll figure it out. They acted like I was bothering them for something that wasn’t my fault. Called corporate and lady was super apologetic to me and was gonna report y’all. Y’all were lucky I was nice to you. Won’t be back anymore.

Wanted to order in and eat in. We went to Sheridan Dr in Williamsville 1st. Completely ignored, we stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, and they saw us there. I will never go to that location again. Went to this location we were served immediately, the employee was polite and helpful, the food was hot. 2 older ladies followed us to this location after we told them how bad the other location was.

Updating on 12/28/23. I stupidly decided to come back here for lunch today. Cashier who took my order In the Drivethrough had my debit card for a while. I didn't think much of it. About an hour later I had a charge for $100 from a local zip code. Pretty confident he took a pic of my card. Manager didn't seem to care when I called.So disgustingly slow. The dining area was not busy at all, and I still waited over 10 minutes for my meal.

I rarely go to any McDonalds anymore. The food is bad and expensive for what you get. Unfortunately I had to get something quick this afternoon at about 1:00. My bill was $9.00. I gave the guy at the drive thru $20.00. He gave me back 7 singles and the rest in quarters. At least half of them end up spilling out of my hand on to the pavement during the exchange. He shut the window and ignored me. I wasn't about to get out and crawl under my car. What's the deal, you can't give me a $10 and a $1? The vast majority of the reviews for this location are negative. Avoid this place like the plague.

Slowest McDonald’s ever! Absolutely ridiculous ? only one person in the place taking orders and the same person is handing the food to people. Thought I’d give this McDonald’s another chance but forget it. DONT EVER GO TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION!!!!!!

This McDonald's is one of the less well run in my experience. I have experienced long waits which should never happen in a fast food restaurant. At times the food has also been disappointing (lukewarm fries). Last order was a crispy chicken, fries and a diet coke. These were okay.
