“I tried to redeem my free birthday drink online last April, but the app wouldn't allow it. Parking is difficult at this location, so ordering ahead would have been much more convenient. Hopefully, the online system gets fixed soon. Luckily, the young lady who took my order was incredibly kind and made my day extra special. My phone died right as I reached the counter, and there was a long line behind me, but she was so patient and considerate. I wish I remembered her name to acknowledge her properly! Thank you, Starbucks, for the yearly birthday rewards—we truly appreciate it!“
“Tough critic. I find that depending who is at the back of the counter the experience changes a lot. There are a lot of teens that come here and that's fine but they tend to take over and not realize that there are people around them.
So that kind of breaks the atmosphere. I have also walked out on numerous occasions because the staff ignored me at the counter. When there are three customers in line you shouldn't have to wait ten minutes for a black coffee.
Maybe that is something that the management should look into. Again. Not consistent but when you are paying a premium price for coffee, it goes without saying that you expect a minimum of courtasy.“
