Starbucks in Scarborough

“I usually don’t have Starbucks, but it was a first time for me and I will say I will be coming to this location all the time!!!!! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and positive. The space was clean, and the products appeared well stocked. I will say the one thing that made this location very different from all my other experiences was the supervisor named John. I didn’t know what to order, but John really helped me walk through the options and recommended me the brown sugar shaken oat espresso. It has now been my favourite drink and I’m so grateful that he helped me with the menu. John was patient, friendly, and positive, and made my day. Definitely coming back to this location again!“

“They were open on Christmas Day, that was the best part... Tim Horton was closed and on their website was saying they are open, but thanks to these guys because I was going to work and I needed the coffee so badly, I drove from a long way to get my coffee and breakfast“

“I am a regular customer and Oh where to start??? They dont even ask what i want anymore because of the number of times im there a day and the respect shown every day is the reason i sometimes go out of my way just to attend this location, even if it is just to be a bother about the stickers/stoppers. Great staff at this location.I must say that some these other reviews are complete joke, You cant order ahead at this location, and its in Metro not Loblaws. If people wish to trash talk, maybe you all should get your facts straight.“

“A great location! The staff are warm and helpful. Be mindful that there are limited seats, so if you want to nab a spot with a charger, please arrive early. As well, the store does get cold during the winter, so please be mindful of that -- I tend to sit in the back of the store to avoid getting hit by a draft whenever someone enters or exits the store.“

“Went to this location yesterday during my lunch break and noticed they were clearly short-staffed, but the team handled everything really well. Despite being busy, they maintained great cleanliness in the store and my beverage was absolutely perfectly made and Upto standard. I appreciate the staff’s effort & professionalism even under great pressure. Great job!“
