“This was actually the cutest Starbucks in San Jose. It was super clean with a large seating area. Outside, there are many good trucks but they appeared closed in the mornings. Excellent coffee and service. They even had a drive through. Costa Rican Starbucks is waaaaay better than my Toronto neighbourd location.“

Alicia is always so welcoming and remembers regular customers, which makes a huge difference. Alvin brings such a positive vibe and keeps things running smoothly even during busy hours. Criel is incredibly attentive and makes sure every order is just right. Chavez always has a friendly attitude and great energy, and Justice truly lives up to the name—super fair, kind, and always willing to help.

No matter how busy it gets, the team handles everything with professionalism and a smile. My orders are always accurate, the service is quick, and the environment feels warm and inviting.

“Out of all the Starbucks locations around GTA, honestly this is the best one. The service is great, I’m pretty sure they know my order the moment I step foot into the store. Everyone is smiling and greeting people as they enter the store. They are quick and always looking like they are having so much fun whenever they are making drinks. “This is a pretty standard Starbucks, but that’s not a bad thing.

The staff were friendly, my Americano was well made, and the coffee tasted smooth without being too bitter or too acidic☕

I stopped by around 2 PM, and it wasn’t too busy, so it was a nice place to grab a coffee without a long wait. Well... I actually orderd through the app😂

“I’ve been stopping by this Starbucks before work for about three years, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming.

The service is consistently good, even during the busy morning rush.

If you’re visiting in the morning, I’d recommend using mobile order and giving yourself a little extra time, as it can get quite busy.

“Starbucks at Yorkdale is super convenient, especially if you’re coming out of the TTC or waiting while your significant other gets lost shopping at Simons. The location makes it an easy stop for coffee, a break, or just to kill time in the mall. Service can be hit or miss depending on who’s working, but on my last visit I had an issue with my order that was handled well by Harpreet, the manager on duty. I’ve known Harpreet for years from the Dovercourt and College location, so it was great to see him again and even better that he was able to sort things out quickly. Glad to hear he’s found a full-time position at a store in Ottawa. Good luck with the move, Harpreet, and I’m sure you’ll be a great asset to your new team.“
