“Wow, I wasn’t expecting the warmth and excitement care and attention from the baristas. Today was my first time at this Starbucks, but it won’t be my last. Shanteja, Mel, and Joyah made me feel happy and ready to carry on in my day. The progress flag made me glad the moment I walked in. 😌“

“I went to this Starbucks for 8 years almost every day. I had to relocate so i can't go there anymore. It's the best store there is. Its cheaper coffee than the other stores. Its staff are always so friendly and fast and just plain awesome. Thanks again guys.“

“I come here often and I’ve noticed a huge difference in the quality of my drink when it’s made by Chani. This barista is very talented. They should have her train the others, because this is how good it should always taste for these premium prices.“

“It was an amazing experience. Extremely clean and well kept. The baristas were so friendly. They helped me get a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso, with 2 shots of espresso catered exactly to my needs with the perfect amount of ice and sugar. “I had placed my order at Starbucks @ Delta Mississauga, and later while discussing it with ABBY, she kindly helped me adjust it to the iced version, which is what I usually enjoy. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and attentive throughout. It was my favorite iced coffee with caramel brulée sauce and whipped cream.... and the taste was absolutely perfect. 🫶
What stood out even more was the care she put into every detail. The presentation of the drink was beautiful, and it was clear that she took pride in preparing it well. Everything about it felt thoughtfully made and perfectly balanced. It wasn’t just about making a coffee; it was about making sure the customer left happy.

“I just want to give a shout out to the staff here. While one girl messed up my order at 6am (Def no salted caramel cold foam in my iced london fog despite insisting that she did include it), the customer service by another woman in rectifying the situation later in the afternoon reminds me that good customer service is not yet dead: thank you for following up with me. I dont believe that the customer is always right but I appreciate that you listened to me and made the situation right.“

“Stopped in last Friday evening after a long drive through Mississauga and was genuinely impressed by how smoothly the team handled a packed rush hour crowd. The barista who took my order remembered a small tweak I mentioned without me having to repeat it, which is rare even at well-run locations I visit across the country. The seating near the window had good natural light still coming in, and the place stayed clean despite the foot traffic. If you need a reliable spot to decompress with a solid latte between meetings or flights, this one delivers.“

“I usually order from here and most of the time it’s consistent but if I’m paying $7 for a cup of coffee (ordered from Uber) I’d like the my drink with cold foam to come with what I asked for which was cold foam and no ice…

“I prefer to drink my coffee, sit, and reminisce at this spot. The service is excellent, the place is clean and comfortable, and there are stunning views across from the cafe. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas. I personally feel relaxed whenever I visit this place.“

“I normally ordered on app and pickup over here, it was always quick and pleasant.I made a huge mistake by ordering my frapp in store today as I was just curious about how to use my points. It wasn’t a pleasant visit. The cashier girl was nice at the front and taught me what to do, but it went downhill from there.I ordered a Venti Matcha Frapp. She didn’t start my order till I finished my puppy cup with my boy . There was none customer waiting while I placed my order. Then my order turned to be a mocha frapp. I noticed before they started the whipped cream as color was clearly not right. So I mentioned to tell them, it doesn’t seem right. Then, the Indian girl came up to me said something which I didn’t really understand, she said matcha sth, I recited as I needed a matcha one, as the green tea. And then she brought me a I don’t know what it is and not frapp. I asked, I wanted a Matcha frapp, venti with topping , easy like that. Who allowed you to change my order without even telling me why you changed it? I asked for straws specifically for frapp, as there was no bigger size straws for it. The indian girl gave me attitude while the straw was right beside her. Listen, i am a customer, and if you don’t care about this job then just don’t do it .i was done communication. You should appreciate the girl offered me complimentary food while i turned it down. Otherwise, i will write this letter to your headquarter, gave you guys 1 star and report to health department. But I know you guys are young and willing to give you a chance to learn. Please don’t ruin others day. And thank you.“

“I was at the arrivals at terminal 1 Pearson airport Starbucks twice this past month. My first stop was a few weeks ago and Daryl was my server and was incredibly friendly. The second time was a week ago when I returned to pick up my mom from the airport, he remembered my name and was just as wonderful as the first time! Excellent service from Daryl! “These folks are heroes! I just had a chance to grab the food I’d ordered when my wife hollered across the terminal that it was final boarding, leave the drinks and run! I apologized to the staff and ran for it. The staff members were kind enough to come running after me a minute later with both drinks finished, and hand them to me in the final boarding line. This place is busy—consistently. The kind of busy where there’s always a line forming, always orders being called, always pressure behind the counter. And yet, what stood out to me was not the pace, but the people.

Service Under Pressure
The team here is impressively efficient. Orders move quickly, and the staff remains friendly and composed despite the obvious stress of the environment. I had the chance to briefly interact with a couple of them, and it became clear just how much they are carrying in a given shift. It’s not an easy setting—but they handle it with professionalism and a genuinely good attitude.

A Note on the Coffee
While Starbucks isn’t personally my favorite coffee, that’s not really the point of this review. What deserves recognition here is the consistency, speed, and effort behind the counter.
