“It was my first time at this location. After looking at some things, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese. Meanwhile, the associate behind the counter knew that I was still thinking and waited patiently.

After I got my food, I was satisfied to the last bite. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient.

“Ordered two tall mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos from this location in the past week and they were both so delicious! I customized them on the app and the employees were not skimping on the toppings when it said extra! I was very pleased with my orders.“

“Very spacious and clean Statbucks, with prompt service. Drinks always taste delicious and orders are done right. There is space for a few more sitting options. Maybe a few more of the low, reclined chairs with a few tables, or another couch? There are already 2 couches, but there would be space for a 3rd one. Nice patio area outside. I love to go there for a chat with my children or friends!“

“Clean inside, quick service, quiet and welcoming. Location is good, plenty of parking available but mostly in the back, front has only a handful of spots. Drive through available and the order processing is as one would expect.
Other than that it is a Starbucks with Starbucks menu and style.“

“I entered into this starbucks and immediately got welcomed by many of the workers. The music was really good, playing songs I like to listen to. The cashier was quick to created a small conversation with me while ordering, and helping me pick out what to get. I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso. The barista named Isum made my drink, and I had forgotten to ask for a specific alteration to the drink. Isum saw this and immediately offered to help with this. He was very polite and quick with his help, and the drink had never tasted as good as it did. Give a raise to Isum, he is amazing at what he does!!!“

She always greets me with a smile at the drive-thru and is just so kind every time. She makes sure my drink is perfect, and her customer service is genuinely amazing. Little moments like that really make my day 🥰“

“I never leave reviews but reading the bad ones recently has left me no choice. I went to this location today and while clearly understaffed , i was given the best customer service possible. They were very communicative, as at the register i was told there would be quite the wait because of the staffing. The cafe was full and there was one girl, Riley, making all the drinks who still had a smile on her face and made sure every customer was satisfied. The other employee who i didn’t get her name was also very helpful at the register and kept the store clean. I commend those girls for showing up and keeping the good attitude as best they could.

The need for improvement lies in the management. I don’t know how the understaffing got to that point but it was sad to see. Do better for the sake of your employees and your store business.“
