“Shoutout to Natalie at this location, she is an absolute gem. I came in during a busy period and she handled everything with such a great attitude, not a single sign of stress. My order was spot on, the service was quick, and she went above and beyond just to make sure I was taken care of. She’s the type of person who makes a routine coffee run feel like a highlight of your day. It’s rare to find someone who’s both efficient and genuinely kind at the same time. Natalie deserves all the recognition, this location is lucky to have her!“

“Regularly go to this Starbucks to have my favourite drink - Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino - staff and management are awesome and today I would like to give a special shoutout to Isa- I have very specific customization requests (love my caramel crunch and the caramel sauce) - Isa ALWAYS gets it bang on and me and my partner are in heaven as we drink it 🤭🤗 Many thanks to Isa for making my perfect drink!“

“Very spacious and clean Statbucks, with prompt service. Drinks always taste delicious and orders are done right. There is space for a few more sitting options. Maybe a few more of the low, reclined chairs with a few tables, or another couch? There are already 2 couches, but there would be space for a 3rd one. Nice patio area outside. I love to go there for a chat with my children or friends!“

“Ordered two tall mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos from this location in the past week and they were both so delicious! I customized them on the app and the employees were not skimping on the toppings when it said extra! I was very pleased with my orders.“

“Awesome. The staff is so kind to their regulars. There's a family feel among the staff. Professional decorum. Professional clientele. You can work remotely from here using their unlimited free wifi. There's a washroom right there and the news playing. Big windows. It's a welcoming spot.

Parking: There are several available spots near the main entrance. Very convenient on those cold days.“

“In my honest opinion, this is probably one of my top 3 favourite places to be. I’ve met a lot of great people like Javante, Sebastian, Logan, John, those 2 girls, and the other guy with glasses. I’ve had the chance to have a chat with almost every staff member at this location and I absolutely love coming back whenever I have the chance.

People may have different opinions. However, out of all of the times I’ve been here, I personally haven’t had a bad experience, and I haven’t seen any of the staff members providing a bad experience, they all do their best at all times.

PD: If you have the chance, get the barista’s favourite drink. They never go wrong (:“

“Visited on Wednesday, July 8, at around 6:50 p.m.
Had a great experience here! The drinks were made really well and tasted great. It was quite busy, but the wait was definitely worth it. The cashier lady was very friendly and let us know the expected wait time before we ordered, which I really appreciated. The two barista boys were also amazing .They worked incredibly hard to keep up with the busy rush and handled everything so efficiently. There were only three staff members working, yet they managed the pressure so well while still providing excellent service.Great job! 👍“

“I never leave reviews but reading the bad ones recently has left me no choice. I went to this location today and while clearly understaffed , i was given the best customer service possible. They were very communicative, as at the register i was told there would be quite the wait because of the staffing. The cafe was full and there was one girl, Riley, making all the drinks who still had a smile on her face and made sure every customer was satisfied. The other employee who i didn’t get her name was also very helpful at the register and kept the store clean. I commend those girls for showing up and keeping the good attitude as best they could.

The need for improvement lies in the management. I don’t know how the understaffing got to that point but it was sad to see. Do better for the sake of your employees and your store business.“
