Starbucks in Oakville

“Staff very friendly. Impressed with how organized they are. I ordered a pour over and I usually become the forgotten one but they put the pour over in a good spot so they don't forget. The pour over is a decaffeinated coffee that has to be made fresh.

“I dont nomally write reviews, but the service at this Starbucks location on West Oak Trails, in Oakville is excellent. I particularly want to thank Irene for her smile every morning we go for coffee.
She makes everyone feel welcome in this store, and knows practically everyone who comes in, by name. Who does that anymore?? She is a great asset to Starbucks. Thank you for the great service and great Coffee!“

“Starbucks is a trendy but pricey place. Drinks are good. Food is high priced for something that they remove from a plastic bag and serve you/ heat up in a microwave right in front of you. Not exactly the best of quality. Service is usually pretty good overall“

“This seems to be the most popular Starbucks in the area. Most times it is super busy and the drive thru sometimes takes longer than it should. The baristas are kind and always try their best to provide great customer service. My girlfriend loves this place!“

“I love this place. I started coming here for the Lavender oat milk latte, which had sold out in most of the Starbucks locations, but luckily not in this one. The location is busy at times, and most of the customers are working or studying, and I find it a great place to put one’s thoughts together, surrounded by a gentle background noice of music and people talking. I always had the best experiences here, staff are nice and welcoming, and I even received a sample piece of sandwich on the house today as an addition to my coffee. I do also have a soft spot for the rowan tree visible from the back window, the tree is beautiful and it brings me peace of mind.“

“Location at Cornwall accidentally made my drink incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was all the way at Dundas. Stopped in quickly to this location in Longos due to the other Dundas location being temporarily closed. Luis was very welcoming and understanding and took the time to explain that any location would be happy to help. They remade my drink with no questions asked and a kind smile. Thank you!

“This Starbucks location is usually quite busy, especially during peak hours, but it still has a nice and lively atmosphere that makes it a great place to hang out with friends. Me and my friends often come here to sit, talk, and spend time together.

Because of the crowd, service can take a little longer than usual, but the staff is always polite and the drinks are made well. Even when it’s busy, the experience feels comfortable and relaxed, which is why we keep coming back.“

“I come here pretty often. They seem to be quite understaffed every time I am there. Despite this, the baristas are friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Chris, who served me on bar today. He went out of his way to speak to every single person and worked his way through the queue quickly. I was a little put off this visit, by what seemed like an overzealous security guard giving tickets to cars in the parking lot and I wish there was a drive thru, but overall I like this Starbucks.“
