“Irene is the ONLY reason my wife and I visit this Starbucks. She's got exemplary customer service skills! You can sense a distinct difference in energy and GENUINE warmth within the store when she is on a shift, compared to when she's not. This contrast has only gotten more pronounced over the past month or so.

“Tea is by far my most favourite barista! I come in from the Oakville Go, working a physically stressing job and she is always there to make me smile with my drink ready to be prepared. Tea… Please keep being you and making my Starbucks experience a great one after a 5-day work week. Starbucks needs a great employee such as her to kill with her kindness and effortless smile.“

“Starbucks is a trendy but pricey place. Drinks are good. Food is high priced for something that they remove from a plastic bag and serve you/ heat up in a microwave right in front of you. Not exactly the best of quality. Service is usually pretty good overall“

“I enjoyed this location for a place to do some light work away from home. Really enjoyed the orange Kombucha. Seating was available and there is plenty of parking. Also close to the hospital and main roads. Noise levels is about the same as any other Starbucks. Would recommend if you’re in the area and need a quick fix!“

“This Starbucks is a great place to study or get some work done. There are plenty of tables and seats, so it’s usually easy to find a comfortable spot to sit with a laptop or books. The environment is nice and convenient for studying, whether you’re working alone or meeting with someone.
The store is also disability-friendly and easy to access. The staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better. I enjoy coming here to study and would definitely recommend this location.“

“I come here pretty often. They seem to be quite understaffed every time I am there. Despite this, the baristas are friendly and quick. I want to give a shout out to Chris, who served me on bar today. He went out of his way to speak to every single person and worked his way through the queue quickly. Not sure if he's a supervisor or what, but that man deserves a raise!“
“I like this Starbucks in Oakville. The staff is friendly and efficient and I visit whenever I have to go to the Oakville hospital. I was a little put off this visit, by what seemed like an overzealous security guard giving tickets to cars in the parking lot and I wish there was a drive thru, but overall I like this Starbucks.“

“This location easily has some of the friendliest staff around. From the moment they answered the phone to help me out, to when I actually arrived, the service was top-notch. They even remembered me and provided amazing customer service while I ordered my food and drinks. I also stopped here to buy a Toronto Starbucks cup to add to the collection. A really great experience overall.“
