“As a regular customer, I often have Jess prepare my early morning coffee. She is welcoming and always giving off such a good vibe to start off my day. I enjoy coming to this location and my coffee is hot and fresh. I highly recommend Jess in the morning to start your day, can't go wrong there“

“I was here on March 14, 2026. Having recently cleared the TEF Canada exam, I had set out with one goal- I will visit a French bakery and spend my day speaking French. I did go to a French bakery and ordered in French but they didn’t serve coffee. So, while walking through King St. I saw this Starbucks and entered craving coffee.
I don’t know the name of the barista but I was stubborn speaking in French and to my surprise she responded in French. It made my day, I can hardly find francophones in Hamilton and finding one person made my day truly. After receiving my coffee, I asked another barista if I can speak with the femme who spoke in French with me for a minute and they obliged. I had a very nice conversation with a native speaker for more than a minute and she didn’t even rush me. Thank You gentle lady for making my day brighter! I appreciate your kind gesture🙏.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation to the amazing team at Starbucks in Mapleview Mall. I often place an online order for pickup under the name “RC” and usually grab breakfast and a chai latte.
Every time I come in, the team is so friendly and welcoming. What many people may not realize is that these hardworking employees are there as early as 5 a.m. preparing everything so customers like me can start their day right. That kind of dedication truly deserves recognition.

“This place rocks! My husband is a construction worker who for years survived on Tim Horton's coffee and farmers wraps, but they have gotten so dreadful he decided to take me to Starbucks!

Their cold brews are phenomenal and as a bonus my two girls love getting pupcups! The staff at this location are so friendly. Alyssa is absolutely awesome, and our dogs just adore their trips through the drive thru! We are now planning to be regulars here! Thank you so much to the entire team!“

“I recently switched Starbucks locations after having issues with my drinks not being made correctly at another store. I have been coming to this location for about the last week and it has been excellent every time.I order the same drink I have had for over six years a strawberry açaí with lemonade and today it was one of the best drinks I have ever had. Not just at Starbucks but anywhere. It was made perfectly and you can tell real care went into it. The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I place a mobile order it is always ready when I arrive which I really appreciate.Even though this Starbucks is a bit out of my way on my drive home I will happily keep coming here because great service and great drinks are worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The team truly deserves recognition. ☕💛“

“You can never go wrong with staff and food here. THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE out of all starbucks in hamilton. Every single employee is super sweet and generous.
I want to thank Olena specially for citrus chamomile tea. I have migraine and sinus and sometimes sinus congestion make it extremely hard to go through day. It was one of those bad days i asked her for any drink which can help she gave this tea and there is no going back since then to start my morning with. Extremely thankful for listening actively and actually taking time to advise the best in that moment. Now its my everyday drink and i start my morning with it.
