“I had an issue with how my drink was handled at Starbucks. A barista, I think her name was Tori, blew on the drink to remove foam, which made me uncomfortable. Fortunately, another barista noticed, apologized, and immediately made me a new drink. I appreciate that quick response and hope it reminds everyone to follow proper food safety practices.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation to the amazing team at Starbucks in Mapleview Mall. I often place an online order for pickup under the name “RC” and usually grab breakfast and a chai latte.
Every time I come in, the team is so friendly and welcoming. What many people may not realize is that these hardworking employees are there as early as 5 a.m. preparing everything so customers like me can start their day right. That kind of dedication truly deserves recognition.

“The Starbucks on Main and Emerson has always been my favourite location by far. It’s consistently clean, the staff are welcoming, and the service is always friendly. I spent a lot of time here during my university days, so it brings back a lot of great memories. It’s nice to come back years later and see that the atmosphere and positive vibe haven’t changed. It’s still the same great place to grab a coffee, relax, or get some work done. Keep up the excellent work!“

“You can never go wrong with staff and food here. THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE out of all starbucks in hamilton. Every single employee is super sweet and generous.
I want to thank Olena specially for citrus chamomile tea. I have migraine and sinus and sometimes sinus congestion make it extremely hard to go through day. It was one of those bad days i asked her for any drink which can help she gave this tea and there is no going back since then to start my morning with. Extremely thankful for listening actively and actually taking time to advise the best in that moment. Now its my everyday drink and i start my morning with it. Thank-you all employees at this location honestly you guys are wonderful. I love stopping by there everyday. 🥰“
