“everyone that works here is always awesome!! i visit this location most days of the week to get my coffee before work, and seeing everyone that works there always makes my day a bit better. drinks are always made right, everyone is incredibly friendly and the store is always very clean!“

“I had an issue with how my drink was handled at Starbucks. A barista, I think her name was Tori, blew on the drink to remove foam, which made me uncomfortable. Fortunately, another barista noticed, apologized, and immediately made me a new drink. I appreciate that quick response and hope it reminds everyone to follow proper food safety practices.“

“Had an ice brown sugar shaken espresso here and OMG!!! The best one I have ever had in my life. I’m not sure what they did differently but I watched the young lady who made it and it was amazing. To the lady with the long dark hair with a little blonde who had her hair in a pony, you deserve a raise!!! I have never had a drink taste so good“

“This Starbucks location is quickly becoming my favourite. It has a very pleasant atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They always have something nice to say. They are great at helping me select what I want to eat and drink when I go there. They want you to enjoy yourself.“

“Since the York Blvd location closed permanently, I've been coming to this one and the service has been hit-or-miss to say the least but I've got to say CHLOE is amazing. She always makes things right and her service is impeccable. That's why I'm giving 5☆ even though it hasn't always been the best, the right staff make it better 💚“

“I just wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation to the amazing team at Starbucks in Mapleview Mall. I often place an online order for pickup under the name “RC” and usually grab breakfast and a chai latte.
Every time I come in, the team is so friendly and welcoming. What many people may not realize is that these hardworking employees are there as early as 5 a.m. preparing everything so customers like me can start their day right. That kind of dedication truly deserves recognition.
Thank you for your hard work, kindness, and the positive energy you bring every morning. It really makes a difference and does not go unnoticed!“

“Absolutely made my day! I came into this location and it was so busy and popular (as it should be), so I had to ask someone to share a table. Him and another lady asked what I was working on and I shared that I was planning my wedding! They treated me to a drink and a cookie! Raul & Ania, you're the best!!“

“My dance team came here few days ago

“Brianna and Michelle are truly the best baristas ever! Every time my best friend and I go there (which is a lot), they always get our order perfectly and in amazing time. It’s our favourite Starbucks location now. They’re super sweet and honestly make the whole place feel brighter just by being there. We always leave with delicious drinks and even better vibes. Thank you, Brianna and Michelle, for making our days sweeter!! 💞☕️“

“Had the best Starbucks drinks made from this location, made with love by Serena. Truly I have not been having consistent tasting drinks from any Starbucks lately and she has put my faith back into the company. Truly, she loves what she does and it shows. Thank you so much for making our treats enjoyable!“

“I came in for my birthday and Nour was helping me out. Made me a cute magic drink. Thank you so much for your customer service and hospitality. One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to in a while. She also wrote it down for me, thank you so much for the love and kindness!!!!!!“

“Got a poorly made drink at a different location and was on a family outing. Stopped at this location to get another drink and they remade it for me even though it wasn’t their problem. It was perfect! Thanks for doing that team 😊“

“You can never go wrong with staff and food here. THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE out of all starbucks in hamilton. Every single employee is super sweet and generous.
I want to thank Olena specially for citrus chamomile tea. I have migraine and sinus and sometimes sinus congestion make it extremely hard to go through day. It was one of those bad days i asked her for any drink which can help she gave this tea and there is no going back since then to start my morning with. Extremely thankful for listening actively and actually taking time to advise the best in that moment. Now its my everyday drink and i start my morning with it. Thank-you all employees at this location honestly you guys are wonderful. I love stopping by there everyday. 🥰“
