Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular coffee shop that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers praise the consistent and quick service, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, others have had less positive experiences.
The location is known for its excellent black cold brew, with customers noting that the portions are always right. The staff, including Josie, Pear, and Cree, are often described as fantastic and providing great service.
However, some customers have reported issues with the cleanliness of the drive-thru area, with one reviewer mentioning unsightly weeds. Additionally, a few customers have found the staff to be unfriendly, with one reviewer stating that the baristas "can barely stand you being there" and took a long time to prepare a tea order.
Despite these occasional complaints, the Starbucks location is generally well-liked, with customers appreciating the large seating area and the baristas' ability to handle difficult situations, such as dealing with a customer who had placed a mobile order incorrectly.
Overall, the Starbucks Coffee Company location offers a mix of positive and negative experiences, with the quality of the drinks and the service being the primary factors that determine customer satisfaction.
