“This is my favourite Starbucks location in Guelph. I used to get non-fat caramel macchiatos there almost every single day, and the quality was literally always consistent. The staff are all so nice, they remembered my boyfriends' and my name when we went in, and even asked me where he was when I went in solo. Love. It. Here.“
“Busy place and upbeat... very congenial and helpful server... I give HIM a 5-star rating. I ordered a grilled sandwich \\u0026 sat, listening for my name \\u0026 watching as orders were brought out. Not hearing my name, I eventually ventured to the counter to find that my order had been put on the far end, not in view of the patrons as most of the orders were. My grilled sandwich was cold as was the cookie my server had kindly offered to warm up.“
“I wanted to compliment the servers while I was there on April 19th morning for their resilience and continued kindness.It looked like something was happening behind the scenes and that several servers had been yelled at before I arrived.A part of my order had accidentally gotten lost; when I asked about it, they went above and beyond to get me my order. Despite the previous challenging experience, the servers still had a smile, and I know that it is hard to bounce back from.Thank you!“
“The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“
“5 stars for the service at this location! They go out of their way to serve. Staff are super nice and accommodating when I ask them to put on a pot of dark roast for me and it tastes great. Always have a nice chat with one of the ladies, will have to call her out to her manager when I find out her name.Otherwise sure it is a little kiosk location of a fast food franchise in a grocery store so you can't expect 5 star atmosphere or food.“
