“This evening at Starbucks on Stone Rd, Guelph, I can honestly say that I had the best customer experience I have ever had at any Starbucks, or any food/beverage franchise for that matter. Thanks to the amazing service from baristas Preston, Patrick, and Sarah, who each contributed to a very friendly, helpful, and welcoming Starbucks atmosphere, I felt at ease right from the moment I stepped in the door. They also each demonstrated fantastic customer service as they helped me choose a meal and drink, delivered my order with exceptional quality and speed, and informed me about the various different promotions available at Starbucks. As I worked and ate, I also noticed how they all worked diligently to keep the building exceptionally clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated after eating in so many unclean establishments. These stand out baristas and humans are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer to Starbucks for years to come!“

“This is my absolute favourite location in Guelph, the staff are usually so sweet and friendly, and they remember their regulars! They're amazing. They can be pretty busy at times, but they handle your order with care-so it's worth it! They are also very warm and kind towards children brought in, which is not always the case with Starbucks -but this location is 100% family friendly and welcomed!

Definitely recommend stopping by this location for your coffee next time you're in the area“

“This starbucks is inside the metro but trust me the barista CASSIDY was amazing and made my drink so perfect the way i wanted, if you ever experience other Starbucks are out of stock the stuff you looking for, definitely try this one you will never regret, plus Cassidy will make your drink so perfect.“

“The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“

“I had to wait a little longer than usual for my sandwich through the drive thru at busy time of day (not at the fault of the workers), and the worker gave me a cookie and was very apologetic. This was Monday at around 2:30 pm as I recommended to the employers that they give this man a deserved raise!! He was very kind and down-to-earth which I appreciated more than a forced interaction. It felt natural, and and fun.“

“Been coming here a few years (mostly do order ahead pickup). Staff are always friendly and acknowledge you even when you are just coming to pick up an order. Little things make the difference

I’ve ordered during rush hour recently when the cafe was full. While waiting for my order I observed how well all the staff worked together and in a timely manner in such a small space behind the counter during a very hectic time of day. Something you don’t often see at other busy cafes like some Tim Hortons i’ve been to.

Yes Starbucks is more pricey..but the quality of product, accuracy of order and customer service-especially at this location-is second to none in comparison.“

“5 stars for the service at this location! They go out of their way to serve. Staff are super nice and accommodating when I ask them to put on a pot of dark roast for me and it tastes great. Always have a nice chat with one of the ladies, will have to call her out to her manager when I find out her name.Otherwise sure it is a little kiosk location of a fast food franchise in a grocery store so you can't expect 5 star atmosphere or food.“
