“Mr. Puffs is a great location to visit (or order from) and as a dessert lover how could I ignore this spot?

I've always found this particular Mr. Puffs to be clean and peaceful, great to just sit-in with a spacious seating layout to enjoy your treat solo, with family/friends and suitable for the kids to enjoy theirs in a calm atmosphere before they add their own flair to possibly break that silence once indulging in their treats.
Forks or not better have those napkins ready kids will find a way to make it messy, bless em.

Have yet to have any issues when ordering delivery from this location either, no errors and still "hot/fresh/intact" (of course that depends on the delivery service but still) has been great for quick gift orders on special occasions.

In-store Staff has always been polite, welcoming and in my experiences made everything fresh to order. I got introduced to Mr. Puffs from my daughter praising it and sharing a few puffs for me to try after a visit. They taste more akin to beavertails and funnel cakes than say a a denser donut "tbit" from another store.

I've since personally enjoyed a box of 12 Puffs to myself many times and shared 30 and 50 Puff boxes back home. I love mine coated with strawberry, choco-loco and choco-bueno YUM.

Their Mount Olympus Ice-cream and puffs combo can really hit the sweet-spot, oh my gosh very tasty, I recommend the Black Forest.
There's a good selection of breakfast items and pastry items too that are reasonably priced for a location like this I do like their Spanakopita. I've a lot more dessert items to try but so far I've been impressed.

I believe they have a points and reward system but I've not used it, I'll be sure to give it a try next time.

“The cozy & elegant ambience was perfect for sitting and chatting with friends while we ate yummy snacks and sipped some of the tastiest coffee I've ever had. I wouldn't describe myself as someone who picks out fine details in coffee flavours but the coffee I had here, for the first time in my life, gave me an idea of what that's like because I could smell and taste so much that I had to check with my friend to make sure I wasn't imagining!! Next time I'm in the GTA I'll make a special trip down to Guelph just so I can go again!

“Friendly independent coffee shop. 4 locations, all in Guelph. This one's the best imho. Laid back atmosphere. Good natured staff who serve it up hot or cold, simple or complex: however you like it best.

One thing I love that doesn't get enough recognition by reviewers is the great little bookshelf of mixed classics. The bookshelf offers a standing invitation to take a break from mindless scrolling. You don't realize how caught up you are until you open one of these - and get lost in a whole different way.

Lots of windows, big plants, and the curving counter give the shop a wonderfully cozy feel. Such a great fit in historic Guelph!

If you have a sweet tooth it will be satisfied here undoubtedly. Topped with ice cream and brownies, super delectable and will make you not feel so good if you eat too much“

“I have had a lot of coffee from all over, the Guildsmen Cafe is one of the best. Very few places make a truly hand-crafted coffee. We have moved away and their coffee is one of the things we miss most. Highly recommend!!“

“I came on an early Saturday morning to get some work done while waiting for my kid to finish her activities in SJK. There was a lot of parking spaces, and the store has a great atmosphere with the high ceiling and giant blackboard with artistic chalk work to highlight Starbucks coffee stories. The service is quick, the pumpkin spice latte tastes delicious and the barista even walked by my table and politely offered some freshly brewed coffee and pastry sample ?

“I loooooove Crazy Carrot and definitely recommend checking them out if you want a healthy eating option in Guelph. I would eat their Oaxaca bowl everyday of the week if I could (great portion, love the dressing + hot sauce). But anytime I've tried something different off the menu, I've loved it too. “I stopped going to Williams cafe about 7 years ago because the food is extremely disappointing. Since then they have renovated and I believe switched owners so I went back today for convenience and turned out to that was a mistake. I got the chicken pesto panini which was first of all tiny then came with bagged chicken and some very horrible Coleslaw&pickle. Cost me $22 dollars for a coffee, cookie and a small sandwich. zero effort was put into the delivery of the food as everything they serve comes out of a bag. I could have gone to an actual nice restaurant and paid the same to get a better meal. I stopped here because I was at staples and went against my better judgement. I'm sorry for thinking that they improved their menu and food prep.“

“The food and drinks here are excellent. The service is okay but I find that it can be inconsistent. Sometimes, it takes 10 minutes for food but my drink was made quicker. One time I ordered a cold pastry and it took about 10 minutes to get to me, while the employees were standing around and talking amongst themselves. Overall, I enjoy coming to this Starbucks.“
