And the staff recommendation for an iced matcha latte was the perfect accompaniment. Cool & beautiful interior; there is even an old vault with cosy seating. All in the great setting of beautiful downtown Fergus. The perfect stop on a summer road trip.“

“Starbucks Fergus is one of the most organized and clean coffee shops we’ve been to. The staff are friendly and hardworking. Running in every direction to make the drinks and food as quickly and accurately as possible while still maintaining a friendly attitude.
Some of the reviews we’ve read on here are uncalled for & definitely from a sense of entitlement.
Yes you need to make a purchase to use their washroom facilities. Why should they have to clean up after someone who isn’t supporting their business? Then they cry racism. Give me a break! The staff are only following the rules.
As for length of time to prepare your order. This is not Tim Hortons. Starbucks is busy for a reason. Drinks are specifically crafted which takes time and quality is so much better than Tim’s. If you are in a rush & want your order quickly order ahead of time for pick up.
Read one review where they complained about ordering online then went right to the drive thru for pick up and it wasn’t ready. Really?! You didn’t receive a “ready” notification so why would you hold up the drive thru? Again sense of entitlement.
If your drink isn’t made to your liking the staff are more than happy to accommodate. No need to be disrespectful towards them.
There are always plenty of hard working staff on hand. We love stopping in for our favourite drinks & pastries plus to try some of the new featured items. Always feel welcomed and appreciate the hard working staff. Be kind and show your appreciation..“

“The staff at this location make sure that the customer service is always above regular standards. Always greeting and welcoming you, being very polite and respectful. They always get my order with quality. Definitely recommended to anyone living or visiting the area of fergus.“

“Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! “I started coming to this Timmies in Oct. 2021. Beverley learned my name within a week and greeted me like family from then on. The entire staff is lovely. I moved two months ago and I don't even live in the town, but I still drive here instead bc I love the people. The food is always good and I've never got something that wasn't (I go nearly every day). Reading through the low reviews on Google I was confused.. maybe people were having a bad day, but the hearts of these people shine bright.
