I love the mobile ordering cuz you can go right into the Mobile Spot and pick up my coffee but at this location every time I went there I've had to ask and wait in line for my coffee. I suffer from anxiety and a I have to tie my dog up outside. So what is the purpose of a mobile order line if there's not going to be use properly by the staff
Visited at 5 pm on a Monday ... very quiet. Loads of flies in the seating area which was annoying (counted at least 10 in my immediate area) ... and windows dirty which makes the already not-exciting view of the parking lot and Circle K garbage even less appealing, garbage bins in the restaurant quite gross, washroom dirty. Otherwise typical Tim Hortons. Would not recommend and won't come back.

I'm a simple man. I enjoy Iced Capp's, and Iced Capp's only. However, when I go here the machine is never ready, or is in cleaning. Basically the Canadian version of a McDonald's ice cream machine scenario.Other than that, great people and service - zero issue there.Best to just go to the Tim's on Tower IMO.
