“Interesting anecdote; not long after we sat down with our drinks (it was busy so it took 10+minutes to get them) we heard someone yelling from the back of the adjoining Indigo bookstore and a teenage boy was escorted to the Starbucks counter - he had been pepper sprayed!! The staff behind the counter called 911 and offered him water for his eyes and gave him milk to drink. The police and paramedics arrived and he was taken away. Due to the acrid cloud that followed him, the staff at Starbucks apologized, offered to replace our drinks then requested we vacate the store to let it air out - little excitement in our otherwise dull day! Staff was very friendly and apologetic“

“The partner and I went for our first time today, and got 2 mini cheesecakes; one strawberry and one oreo. Such a beautiful location, and amazing options. Prices are reasonable also. Would recommend to friends and family“

“I want to leave a comment here as I would love for the owner and employees to know I am NOT mad at their location whatsoever. Today they unfortunately saw some frustration from me due to the Head Office or Website Employee's mistake. I do want to let anyone reading this to know that this location does not accept Online Orders. They may do Skip The Dishes or Door Dash services I am not 100% on that but I am 100% on them not being able to accept Online Orders. HOWEVER, if they haven't fixed this by the time you read this, the Country Style website has this location as an option for Online Orders. They accept orders and charge you money but the restaurant will NOT receive this order. The restaurant was not able to compensate me at all, no refund nor a meal replacement, but I understand where they come from as it was not their fault, it would be a loss for them. This was Corporates mistake. If this location is still available for Online Orders directly from the website, do not order. I can not speak for Door Dash or Skip The Dishes. I just wanted to leave this here for the owner and employees at 50 Rolling Hills Drive to know that my frustration was NOT towards them at all. Thank you Yogi for leaving your number with me incase I do not get refunded by the company. I know we both understood each others concerns. I know this is the best you could do and that's enough.“

“I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Diljit Kaur and Gurbachan Singh. They were both incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. Their positive attitude really made my visit enjoyable and stood out from the usual service experience. It’s always nice to be greeted with kindness, and they truly went above and beyond. Keep up the great work!“
“I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. I politely greeted her and proceeded to order my coffee and iced Capp. She made my order and placed the coffee and iced capp on the counter without saying a word and gestured to the straws instead of handing me one with the order. I politely thanked her but I was a little offset by her rude demeanour although I was still polite with her. Not impressed with the service.“

“I love coming here matter of fact I'm here every morning in the drive through and every restaurant has multiple flaws but ims has barely any and it is so good but the people sometimes get out orders wrong or they don't have the specific item and it's not the workers fault is the company's but overall it's very mediocre at best“
