“This Tim hortons is way better than many others I have been to. They have everything I wanted and my two drinks were made very fast. I do want to say that I am giving this location a 4 stars but not based on the food but because of what I saw and heard while waiting in line. It was around 12 o clock and there was an older lady, I couldnt read her name well because she kept running around but I think it was Kalie or something with a K. There was a younger girl working with her but there was no communication. The way this older lady spoke to her felt so demeaning and rude that I did not want to be in her presence any longer than 5 minutes. She kept yelling random things and running around, she was going to take my order than talking in between to the other workers or the other people in line. Just blatantly being rude to me and to the other person alongside her. I am unsure if she is a manager, but if she is I would demote her as quick as possible! You do not speak to anyone in that type of tone, especially at a customer service job.“
