During COVID-19, I required 250 Timbits for a contactless delivery. Calling a couple of days ahead, I found out that that the prep work for the next morning's bake happens after close. Placed my order, by phone, the afternoon before for pickup the next morning at 09:20. During the call I was able to arrange for the order to be placed in the rear of my vehicle (hatchback). Upon arrival, 5 minutes late, I stopped at the drive thru speaker to announce myself, paid at the window, moved forward a few feet and had the order placed as requested. No muss, no fuss.
