The staff at the counter were friendly and genuinely happy. While taking my order, Ishneet asked if I wanted any donuts that weren't on display. The Double Chocolate donut wasn't on the shelf, so I mentioned that my daughter loves it. Without hesitation, Ishneet brought out a fresh one from the back.

“Gotta love the staff at this Starbucks location. I’ve been to several other locations, and despite requesting light ice in my drink, they always fill the cup with ice, which is a problem because I don’t want to pay $8 for mostly ice.
I came to this location today and asked the lady, “Can you please make my drink with veeeeery light ice?” And this is what she wrote 😆.
It definitely made my day, and I walked away with the perfect drink. Couldn’t be happier! 🍵😄“

“I came in around 12 am after a long night , I wasn’t in the greatest mood but an employee at this location who’s name is Sarah I believe greeted me with a smile and nothing but kindness, regardless of the fact it looked like she was already doing so much at once , she was so kind and served me with a great attitude, she made my drink perfect where as other Tim Hortons in my area don’t , great job !“
