“Delicious selection of hot and cold beverages. Their Caramel lattè is second to none. Great selection of baked goods and the birthday cake pops are dreamy. Expensive compared to a timmies but you get what you pay for. Very friendly staff and the atmosphere in the coffee shop is very chill.“

“The Tim Hortons is conveniently located but has its downsides. The coffee and baked goods are standard, but service prioritizes the drive-thru, which means longer waits inside.
While the place is clean, it could be tidier, and seating with charging options is a plus. Overall, it’s a 3 out of 5 - good for a quick stop, but service could be better.“

“Expectations met, considering how busy this location is they may want to hire a few more staff to improve speed. The drive-thru layout can be confusing at first and can back into the main throughways in the parking lot, with the exit being a bit awkward.

Parking: Entering is obviously, exiting signage requires you to go around to avoid the close intersection. Could be laid out a bit better.“

“The most delicious rice balls, I have ever eaten and I am a foodie and Japanese Canadian. The rice was cooked perfectly and the filling was delicious and plentiful. A delicious lunch. I think I will pick up a few more for my trip today. The owner was super nice and encouraged me to stay and work on my laptop for a few hours.“

“This is probably the best pastry and coffee shop I have ever been to. It is family owned, serves Persian and more common pastries and sweets, has amazing coffee and tea, and they make their own ice cream/gelato/sorbet (you can see them do it sometimes).

The two sons and dad do a lot of the front of house stuff, and the mom is who makes all the lovely food! They are lovely people who understand what customer service is.

They play classical music inside, and it is a very nice atmosphere. Always clean, always comfortable. I genuinely cannot recommend enough.

If you want your mind blown and for your tongue to have a treat, try the baklava. It. is. so. ridiculously. good. If I move away from newmarket, this place is the only thing here that would bring me back.“

“I come here often to get coffee or a nice little treat. The staff are super friendly and are always working hard to provide quick service. I’ve been served coffee by Mini many times and she always made me feel welcomed and at home by asking how things are going and sharing a smile or laugh. And she’ll do so even when multitasking like three different orders!!! It’s insane. I appreciate the customer service and atmosphere. It’s a great Tim Hortons.“

“Sunday morning breakfast at Pur & Simple! I was the first customer sitting down at 7:30am and my server today was Cassandra! This woman is all smiles and friendly! Cassandra knows I just have to have a fresh cold glass of orange juice and a coffee! Today was the Chicago Eggs, Benedict, no sauce! A great morning to start my day with a nice person and a great breakfast!!!!“
