“This place is awesome! They’re really busy but still efficient. love the workers! All are super friendly. Rosy (I believe was her name) helped me with my drink, and she was so help kind and funny!! Great service she definitely had a better attitude than the ones in Newmarket. Took her time to show me other things they sold. I ended up buying a bunch of stuff.Makes me want to go there more often instead of the one closer to me. the only thing I thought was weird was the way the manages where talking to the staff it seemed kinda rude. 10/10 would recommend“
“We frequently stop at Tim's while traveling and have stopped at this particular location many times. This visit was particularly enjoyable thanks to the counter service provided by Daniellae. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient!“
“This location seems fine campred to others. I think the hours they close could be better but it's not a big deal. The service seems friendly and they are quick at what they do. I also think this locations seceary is really cool but that could be the norm for every Starbucks“
“Very nice TimHortons with fast service and amazing look! They are also renovating it so it might look better!I had an amazing time drinking coffee and Lemonade there at the ON Route thanks to Tim HortonsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible automatic doors“
“Sheila, our server, was lovely and very efficient. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for her as a server!! The food was delicious and we were served promptly and food came super fast despite the business inside :) Pur and Simple is my boyfriend and I’s favourite breakfast restaurant and will continue to be!Thank you for the great experience Sheila!“
“Not a cheap place and everything from the sign, interior, display, staff uniform, and packaging dictates the pricing. For these pricier bakeries, I feel as though I can be a bit more picky as opposed to your mom 'n pop, corner bakery that you go to on a regular basis for a loaf of bread, some dinner rolls. Viennoiseries were ~$5ea (crossaints, cinnamon rolls, other flaky pastries), while small cakes were $10-12ea. I saw a serves 4ppl sized chocolate cake for $55, so it's definitely NOT your neighbourhood place, but more a special occasion/date café. The Good: - beautiful sign, bright interior/display, good signage in front of each item, so you have an idea of what you're getting - all items looked like a piece of art - female staff (Luann?) was friendly as she offered me a sample of something that I asked her a question about. That was very appreciated! The Needs Improvement: - overcharged for the wrong item, I'm gonna assume it was an accident, but I did have to go back in, get a refund, repay and all that jazz - although fancy, the packaging was soo BIG! I got 2 pastries and it was put in a huge cake box (did not appear recyclable as it had those clear windows). I'd prefer something less fancy, environmentally-friendly like a paperbag! - Cinnamon Roll was a good size, crispy, but slightly dry. It was placed in the closed glass showcase, but maybe exposed for too long. It was DELICIOUS, but again, dry due to exposure, not necessarily inferior baking Between the 2 items, a pastry and a cake, I preferred the pastry. Although everything looks like art, you're gonna pay for it. Definitely check your receipt before leaving.“
“This place is dangerous. I had saved this place to try their croissant but I knew as soon as I walked in that I was gonna leave with much more than that. I ended up getting a tiramisu cheesecake, pistachio cheesecake, two loafs of multigrain sourdough bread, pistachio croissant, and some lemon raspberry thing. I would have taken pictures, but I brought it to a dinner party and everything got devoured. My favourite was the tiramisu cheesecake, but you honestly can’t go wrong with anything.“
“Best dessert spot I’ve ever been to. The variety is outstanding, the quality is amazing and you can tell this business takes tremendous pride in what they do. That’s really hard to come by now days. All jokes aside, anytime you think of getting a blizzard from Dairy Queen, turn around and come here. Trust me. The ice cream creations are ten times better here. Enjoy!!“
“Having a little patio and cute coffee shop overall, but very pricey. Got a cappuccino, 2 pieces of cake and two tiramisu it was $43 and the cakes were not properly packed so one cake was all over the bag. The cake tastes good but very small portion too.“
