I think I will pick up a few more for my trip today. The owner was super nice and encouraged me to stay and work on my laptop for a few hours.“

“First time ordering here for my daughter's first birthday. I wanted a cute, simple cake and Nima was very prompt with the communication of making my order. The cake turned out exactly like the photo inspiration I sent them. The taste was awesome too! Not too sweet, the strawberry filling and vanilla cream were fluffy and creamy. The bread could have been a tiny bit more moist, but overall everybody enjoyed and loved it. Nima also showed that he cares a lot about his customers which is the one of the main reasons I am giving 5 stars. Superb customer service and excellent cake! Will definitely be ordering my cakes again here.“

“I've been here so many times and only now do I think to write a review :) For hot drinks, the matcha latte is terrific, and for cold, the mango slushy and melon matcha tea are repeat favourites. The little tarts are of course the star of the show, so delicious. I find myself ordering the strawberry daifuku, mango and peach tarts; my SO really misses the chestnut tart now that it's gone. And, those really big cheese tarts have been great when we are having company over.
Just a few tables and chairs, a quiet spot for a chat and very friendly owners.“

“My days are fuelled by the caffeine from this location — but my happiness comes from the positive vibes of every last employee who hands out drinks through the window. The cup messages are never short of amazing.

The employees of this Starbucks never fail to make my day. It’s few and far between, the number of places you can go and actually walk away feeling better than when you pulled in. Most times I go completely out of my way to visit this location.

The atmosphere and the people are what make the experience, but the products match that same quality — always outstanding.

To each and every one of you who has ever handed me an order: you are amazing. I’ve since moved to a different area and don’t get here as often as I’d like, but this location set the bar.

“I cannot believe the transformation! I used to avoid the croissants here—they were far away from French croissants I’m familiar with. But WOW, the new ones from Le-Beau are total game-changer. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly golden, each bite tastes like it was made by a master baker. Every croissant is next-level indulgent. Honestly, I’m shocked this is the same place! If you’re in Upper Canada Mall and even think about skipping the croissants, don’t. Go. Just go. Try almond , espresso croissants or the cookies. Absolute 10/10, they’ve officially earned a permanent spot in my snack rotation.
And coffee here is the best in the mall.“

“I went yesterday looking for this mug. The lovely cashier offered to look in the back for me. It was on a high shelf & had to get some help getting it. She also helped me with a few other items. “THIS IS IT! This tea shop is what I've been looking for for years! Their ice tea is so fruity and fresh; The Macha is the best I've tasted. Moreover, I have to mention their tapioca. I'm a big fan of tapioca. Their tapioca is so smooth, soft and chewy, like dancing in my mouth, absolutely the best quality in town. The reason why this store is getting 4 starts and not 5 is mainly bc my drink was pretty underfilled. For paying almost $8 for my matcha, their was at least an inch more of matcha they could've filled my cup with.

The matcha was really good so I will not complain about the flavor whatsoever, but just something this store should keep in mind is filling their cups to the top because customers want to get their money's worth.“
