Hannah is an absolute gem. She is always incredibly kind, well-spoken, helpful, and somehow manages to brighten my morning before the caffeine has even had a chance to do its job.
She remembers people, makes you feel genuinely welcome, and brings such a positive energy every time I come in. Starbucks may make the coffee, but Hannah is doing most of the heavy lifting on the morning happiness.
