“Just enjoyed a wonderful roast beef dinner! The beef was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The creamy mashed potatoes with rich gravy were delicious, and the fresh green beans and pickled onions added a great balance to the meal. The Yorkshire puddings were light, golden, and absolutely outstanding. Everything on the plate was prepared with care and tasted fantastic. A comforting, satisfying meal that I would gladly have again. Highly recommended. @heatherstable.ca

“i’ve been going here since they first opened! I don’t have a negative thing to say - i do however wish they had delivery service so i could order their pizzas for delivery 😀 as they are in the other end of town for us.
We really enjoy their pizzas but our all time favourite is their veal sandwich’s and the chicken greek salad. Soooooo good! I sometimes order a side of their hot peppers to throw on my salad.
The veal is tender and it’s very filling, the bun is fresh and soft and it pairs so well with their tomato sauce.
i do wish though that they would also do eggplant as an add on but they’re a successful business so i’m sure they have there reasons not too.
My son absolutely loves their rose sauce so we do often buy their jarred sauce to go. It’s one of our favourite italian bakery’s. The staff are so kind and it’s always a busy place to go so you know it’s great food when you see tons of people there at lunchtime!!!“

“Cobs Bread is my absolute go-to for fresh bread. Their traditional sourdough loaf is incredible—it has the perfect crusty exterior with a soft, airy, and beautifully tangy center. It toasts up amazingly well and is perfect for sandwiches. Everything they bake is top-tier, but that sourdough is a must-buy!“

“I've been here so many times and only now do I think to write a review :) For hot drinks, the matcha latte is terrific, and for cold, the mango slushy and melon matcha tea are repeat favourites. The little tarts are of course the star of the show, so delicious. I find myself ordering the strawberry daifuku, mango and peach tarts; my SO really misses the chestnut tart now that it's gone. And, those really big cheese tarts have been great when we are having company over.
Just a few tables and chairs, a quiet spot for a chat and very friendly owners.“

“This is the best place I've ever been to (food wise of course). The donuts are the best donuts I have ever had and the woman working was incredible. I really wish I knew her name so I could put it here but I ordered 6 donuts and she gave us a seventh free of charge, it was amazing. I also got a milkshake (which also comes with a donut mind you) and it was the best milkshake I've had in my life and my sister works at Kawartha dairy so I have milkshakes pretty often. Absolute 10/10 in everything I will be coming back here next time I come to Newmarket.“

These butter tarts are TO-DIE-FOR and I will 10000% be back very soon!! • Homestyle Plain - Was still warm! pastry was perfect and the filling was the right amount of sweetness • Raspberry Coconut butter tart - My favorite tart!! (so far) Again, pastry was perfect, and the filling was exactly what you would expect and just the right amount of each flavor. • Don't even get me started on the Caramel Apple Cookies!✋️ (Okay you talked me into it) SO SOFT and just the right amount of chewy, Caramel isn't over powering and you get a nice amount of apple flavor. As for the service, Such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. Very welcoming staff who are happy to answer any questions you have, a few jokes passed around, and didn't hurt the wallet. 10/10 highly recommended!“

The tarts are $6 per pack of 6 regular sized ones or $6 for 12 mini butter tarts. Have not seen prices like this in a long time.
The butter tarts are also my kinda style. Not into the runny filling. This was bit thicker and creamier which is how I like them.
The tart itself was nice and buttery enhancing the whole buttery taste.
Person helping me out was very nice and friendly. She was on break and as she saw me entering, without hesitation, she came right back in to help me out. It operates almost like a takeout counter. You order fro
Them through a window and they give it to you after you put payment through in the same window.
Parking is extremely easy. This place is in an industrial area and had my choice of parking spots coming here.
They are also on roof good to go so if you get a chance to do that, the price is gonna be crazy good for the amount of food you’d get.
Definitely one of my top recos for butter tarts.

“The bread called Barbari mashhadi was AWESOME!!!!! The best bread we’ve ever eaten in canada! There are some herbs on the bread that smells soooo good. I highly recommend their sangak and barbari . You’ll love it. 😍“

“Honestly, my favourite bakery! We live out of town and no stop to Newmarket is complete without a trip to Saint Germain’s. Same for my parents who also always stop here when in Newmarket. The service/staff are fantastic and the food is phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable and it’s extremely clean. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!“

“We can't recommend Baker's Crush enough! She made two custom cakes for our daughter's birthday celebrations—a beautiful unicorn cake for her actual birthday and an adorable Winnie the Pooh cake for her birthday party—and they were absolutely phenomenal.
The unicorn cake made our daughter's birthday so special for our little family celebration. Even our fur baby (dog) got to enjoy a tiny taste and loved it too! The Winnie the Pooh cake was the star of her birthday party. It was not only absolutely stunning, but also incredibly delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing it looked and tasted too.
Her attention to detail, creativity, and talent are truly exceptional. She brought our vision to life perfectly, was so kind and easy to work with, and helped make our daughter's birthday unforgettable. It's rare to find someone who creates cakes that are just as delicious as they are beautiful, and Baker's Crush absolutely does both.
