“Got an assortment of Nutella, chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, Oreo, and coffee cannoli, and they are 100% worth the price! The shells stayed super crisp and crunchy, and the fillings were light, creamy, and packed with flavor without being overly sweet. Amazing quality all around—definitely worth treating yourself!“

“Cake your way was a smooth & lovely experience to order a birthday cake from. The designs are easy to choose online, and there are plentiful flavours. Pickup was seamless & they truly listen to your design choice. I do feel that the cookies and creme flavour could use a bit more Oreo pieces. I would recommend them!“

“I’ve always wanted to try Guilty Pleasurez Dezzert Cafe, but with work, I always seemed to be nearby around the time they were closing. I finally managed to make it in one day, and it was definitely worth the wait!

There are so many options to choose from, and honestly, everything we tried tasted amazing. The ice cream in particular was really good. It was a soft serve style, but noticeably creamier and richer than your typical McDonald’s or Dairy Queen ice cream.

Overall, I was really impressed and can definitely see myself coming back to try some of the other desserts. If you’re in the area and have been thinking about stopping in, definitely give them a try. Well worth the visit!“

“These cakes are absolutely my favourite cakes!! They taste delicious and they look so beautiful. We have ordered from Vanessa for our engagement party, bridal shower and wedding (upcoming). We cannot wait to see what Vanessa creates for all of our future events. I highly recommend ordering from here. Vanessa is communicative, friendly and helpful when selecting a design or flavour.“

“Ordered a Thanksgiving dinner for the first time and decided to go with Cataldi due to the great reviews I read . Although the meal was disappointing, I was very impressed with how professionally the situation was handled. The manager took my concerns seriously and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. This is an excellent example of great customer service and how business can turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you for handling the situation so professionally. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I will definitely keep coming back to shop here and I highly recommend this place.“

“Ordered a Nutella Crostata for my Nutella-crazed daughters birthday. Picked it up the next day - phenomenal! Grabbed a peanut butter cookie for myself which was equally amazing. Anthony the owner/baker was there to take care of me and give a couple recommendations on serving, while there was a nice crowd enjoying espressos and delicious-looking sweets. I would recommend to anyone.“

“Been buying them in stores since 1997 or 1998 ? Their products have always been amazing. I love the Apple pitas - my go to for breakfast. People who complain about mold - that is what happens when you have a NATURAL bread - so pop in the fridge / freezer - double check at the store and grocery stores don’t always store product properly or rotate. Thank you for making a good consistent product for almost 30 years.“

“The service was amazing by the uncle working there, my first time coming on my own here and he took the extra step in guiding me how to order using the menu. Also the store looks much better compared to when I came here more than a year ago.“

“Had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was fast, the coffee was fresh, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. A special thanks to Bharti and Manpreet and Carol for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made my visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!“

“Yesterday I had a great experience at Tim Hortons because of one of the crew members. Her name is Sathu. She was so energetic and always had a smile on her face. Her positive attitude made the whole place feel welcoming, and you could see how she spread that same positive energy to both customers and her coworkers.

She was friendly, polite, and made everyone feel comfortable. It’s not every day you meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, and it really made my visit better. Thank you for your amazing service—you’re doing a fantastic job, and I hope Tim Hortons recognizes your hard work!“
