Tim Hortons provides a welcoming atmosphere with dedicated staff like Carol who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. However, some customers have noted issues with rush service at the drive-thru, where the staff prioritize timers over customer satisfaction. Overall, Tim Hortons offers a friendly environment with exceptional staff, although there may be room for improvement in ensuring a balance between efficiency and customer service.
