Horrible, they can’t close a wrap properly, never offer napkins and if you ask for ketchup they roll their eyes, they stop you before the window so their “serving time” is lower. This isn’t a one time experience. It’s every time I go to this location. Absolutely horrible, I’d rather go out of my way to other locations.
Lazy and rude staff. We waited for more than 7 minutes, no one came to take the order. When we politely asked that who is gonna take the order, one guy shouted on us, “CAN’T YOU WAIT FOR TWO MINUTES!”. They didn’t even have ice-cap, that’s what they are famous for. And they didn’t had crispy chicken. And one of the cups they gave us, it had something sticky on the cup. We asked them to replace it, they just wiped it with a napkin although it was still sticky. They staff are so rude and careless. I wanted to changed my order and they didn’t let me . I went to the window but they kept on saying they can’t change it. They said my order was complete but it wasn’t. They started to make it when I wasn’t even done my order. I’ll never be coming back.
