Tim Hortons is a popular coffee shop that offers a convenient and fast-paced experience. The restaurant has limited parking, mostly located at nearby gas stations, and is not particularly kid-friendly, with no indoor seating. The menu items can be inconsistent in quality, as the staff may not be adequately trained on new offerings. However, the service is often praised, with staff like Trinh and Pooja providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. The Tim Hortons at Major Mackenzie is a popular spot, with friendly and beautiful staff who provide great service, leaving customers with a smile.
