I had the pleasure of being served by Lynn this evening. I don't remember the last time I received such great service anywhere! Lynn was friendly, helpful and had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time I was there. When I called back after thinking I may have left my card there, she went above and beyond to help me find it. Lovely worker tonight, Alan, absolutely an angel!! wonderful at communication, especially coming from a Tim Hortons he is one of the nicest workers i’ve ever met. This location really hires the best types of workers.

Placed my order thru the mobile app and it was completely ignored when I got to the store 10 minutes later. I believe one of the main reasons to use the app is to have the order expedited and not waiting for other customers in store/drive-thru to be served first.But I love the store and the very friendly staff!
