“I told a kid working there yesterday that I would call and speak to a manager about how incredible he was at handling my order.I haven't been to a Tim's in months and had a hard time looking at the menu now that it seems to have changed. It was moving so quickly that I couldn't pick anything...I would have hated me....but the young man was extremely patient without a bit of resentment in his tone.(phonetically his name would be 'dill-shoon', iirc)He needs a raise or a promotion :)“

I say this as an experienced truck driver who's on the road 12 hours a day most times.They remember me, and my orders, and the superb level of customer service, and attention to detail is always appreciated and helps me start my day on the right foot!(Owners and managers) cherish the employees you have, because they make your business stand out. If you lose the employees you have, it will quickly degrade into the likes of most other locations that messes up 75% of the time.“
“I was out exploring the area because I am new to town and stumbled across the Jelly Craft Bakery. I loved the vibe of it. Inside they have china tea sets for sale and also local sauces/jams. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I had a Turkey sandwich on soft, fresh white bread and a chocolate chip shortbread cookie. Both were a 5/5. Fresh baked goods and they made the sandwich directly in the back so that was freshly made too! I ate it right there as you can dine in. I will go back again. **The only quibble I have is that they serve food on paper plates. For dine in, I’d prefer dishes, but that’s just me! Try it out :)“
