Went to hwy 10 store tonight from 11pm to 1 am.I want to commend an employee who was solely working drivethrough and counter tonight.Suman( sorry - spelling!) Impressed my friend and I .He was courteous prompt articulate polite and could make correct change .As we sat he was thoroughly cleaning every nook in the store in great detail .Which prompted us to ask his first name and commend his excellent work ethic.You dont see it as much any more esp self motivated to do the extras...read full review
My app wouldn’t work. So I got a copy of the bill to request my points and to ask for my rolls in the roll up to win contest. But I was told by Tim Hortons customer service they can’t help me. They can’t give me my rolls or points because my card I couldn’t seem to access on the day I bought the items. Iced Capp is mostly air. I had a kid sized drink from Wendy's which was only 3/4 full and it weighed more than the iced cap. I actually watched the guy make it and he mixed it and it was the right consistency and then it over filled as he was mixing, he poured some out and into a new cup, mixed again, same thing happened, the drink hit the lid and he dumped it into another cup, mixed again.
