Son was craving an authentic shawarma which he finally got here. Had a crispy chicken pita which was huge and quite good. The poutine was yummy. Very helpful and patient lady at the counter, very friendly owner. Loved the quiet of the center. Neat location.
I was up early (6:00) and when walking around the downtown area, there did not seem to be any coffee shops open. I went into the Old Quebec Market and had to wait til 07:30am for Coco Latte to open. the coffee was greatm the bagel, sausage, cheese and omlette sandwich was okay, but nothing spectacular -- on the dry side as the sausage and egg had previously been made.

To put it simply - it was just OK. I really didn’t enjoy my bacon egg and cheese bagel but it’s because it was super liquidy, and the eggs were kinda gross and I’d seen them microwave the stuff for it. My banana raspberry smoothie was okay, but very artificial tasting flavour wise. I’ll have to come back and try more so I can have a better idea of stuff.
