“This Starbucks is attached to the Indigo in Burlington Mall. It has a separate entrance but you can also access it from inside the mall via the Indigo. There is some seating here so you can get some work done as well. You can't bring any of the books over to the Starbucks to read since that is past the bounds of the Indigo. This location accepts mobile orders. The baristas were really good at giving you a heads up as to which order they were preparing next. They were also very astute. We picked up beverages before we headed into the mall to browse. On our way out we put in a mobile order to bring home for a friend. They recognized us and were concerned that we'd been waiting for a long time. They let us know that our drink was up next and we were on our way shortly.“

“The only starbucks location that I have ever been to that consistently makes my matcha frap perfectly EVERY TIME. I will drive out of my way, and lose the convenience of drive thru( since this location doesn't have one) just to go in because I know they are going deliver the goods.You girls are great! “Great experience today! Sadly did not catch her name, but she was just booming out orders- no stopping! While being incredibly friendly with all customers waiting for their orders! Came in around 3pm for a mocha frapp. Whichever lovely lady was creating the drinks on this shift- legit you are a rockstar- best customer service I’ve received from any Starbucks location in the surrounding Brant area! some locations mess up the mocha frapp & usually doesn’t taste right- this lady made it spot on!! Very happy with my experience at this location today!! Service 10/10, Drink 10/10!! Definitely recommend this location!Parking: This Starbucks is located in Mapleview mall-So there is a ton of parking available. Will always be able to find a spot!“
“We weren't expecting to go grocery shopping but since we were in the area, we dropped by this Metro. This one has a built-in Starbucks with a good amount of seating that is right between the cafe and the hot food counters. It would be a nice place to grab a quick lunch. They do have a restroom in this Metro but there is only one stall. It was a little messy when I got in there as there was toilet paper all over the floor but it wasn't gross if that makes any sense. The rest of the store was much nicer! There were a lot of staff working that were restocking and organizing shelves. The meat and seafood counters had lots of attendants so there weren't any lines at either. At checkout, I noticed that the conveyor belt had signage on it saying when it was last sanitized which was interesting. They had some really good deals on. So much so that a few things were completely cleaned out. The Johnsonville sausages were on sale for cheaper than the store brand and the mild Italian flavour was all gone. I had to settle for the hot Italian sausage, pray for my wimpy taste buds! While browsing we also saw other neat deals like new (?) Keurig cold brew pods on sale and Kraft Peanut butter (which was also cleaned out!). The Compliments stuff is usually pretty well priced so there were options. Honestly after my shop, I was kind of surprised at the register when my bill came in at a not so shocking amount. Thanks Metro!“
“Whenever I come here especially with my significant other, we are always greeted with a smile, the atmosphere and staff are just so inviting! They are even excited about the drink combos that we make or have found on social media, and a lot of the time they are aware and are excited about your creations and even say how they would love to try it themselves! Great staff, great quality drinks, and having the app make ordering, paying, and collecting rewards a lot easier!“
“Disappointing this time. I ordered an oat milk brown sugar latte and it was watered down. The "barista" added some hot water but I didn't think anything at the time!. I've always had a much creamier drink from other locations in the past.“
