“Friendly customer service! The Indian female employee went above and beyond. Even after I was done my drink she offered everyone on the patio if we needed water as it was hot outside. And offered my dog a 2nd pup up (I declined because the 1st one was more than enough).“
“What a great place to pop in and get an awesome coffee. The servers are polite and happy. Santa the manager works hard to keep all going quickly. She always has a happy greeting and a wonderful smile. KeepUp the great work Sandra and staff!“
“This Starbucks is hands down the best one. I used to go to the one on Appleby Line and Dundas but they make zero effort and take FOREVER! Day one and every time I've visited since they make me feel like a regular, smile, ask me how I am, make small talk to me and everyone. This is now my location even if its a bit out of my way. Thank you so much!“
“I go to this Starbucks all the time, it is hands down the best Starbucks in Burlington and possibly all of the GTA. I refuse to go to any other Starbucks in Burlington and this location is technically out of my way but I choose to go out of my way because of the amazing service and products that they make and get out to all customers. My staff loves Starbucks and it makes them happy when they receive exactly what they want (the other Starbucks are always short ingredients or missing parts of certain orders which is frustrating) so another reason why this Fairview Location is hands down the best. Huge shout out to Chris, Matt, Victoria, Meg, Rory, Candice, Kerry and the rest of the staff/team. Your locations success is solely based on the amazing staff like Chris that try their best to ensure every customer is happy. Give them all raises! And praises! Thank you Fairview Starbucks team for making our mornings a little less tougher.“

“Starbucks never misses! Great coffee, cozy vibe and super friendly staff. My order is always made perfectly and fast, even when it's busy. The place is clean and perfect to sit and work or catch up with friends. Always a great experience!“
“I am thoroughly pleased with Starbucks, with the bev (Dragonfruit is fruity and fresh!) and a snack (Oatbar, always fresh!) and the staff (they are friendly and professional ?)! See you all again, drive-thru or in the restaurant counter!
Parking: Lots of parking or it's so easy to drive-thru!“
“Ralphie!!! I come here all the time. And I never thought to ever leave you a review and for that, I am very sorry, because you are one of the kindest and most dedicated baristas. I have ever met and that saying a lot because I used to work for starbucks for a very long time. Including this exact location back in 2012-2015. I literally grew up in starbucks for over 10 years. It's so refreshing to see you actually utilize people's names and go above and beyond considering thats what starbucks is about but I thought that was dead due to short staff and being over worked but I left starbucks 5 years ago during the pandemic and in that time I know store to store is different. Thank you for always going above and beyond. Every time that we come here with ripp, a three drive through or in the cafe visits. You've been here for quite a while. And it just occurred to me to leave a review today!!!!! 😊😊😊“
“Great Starbucks location. It has its own exterior entrance and is also connected directly to Indigo and the mall, which makes it incredibly convenient. Easy to stop in whether you’re shopping or just popping by for a coffee. I really love how accessible and well-placed it is.“

“My fiancé and I just stopped in for coffee. We had Ralphie as our drive-through worker and I had to post a review about him.
Ralphie was so full of good energy and funny comments. His charismatic nature and amazing radio voice left us both smiling and greatful we stopped by. Truly a one of a kind individual and Starbucks is lucky they nabbed him! 11/10 experience 👍“
“This is by far the best Starbucks around!!! The staff are AMAZING, so friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make you feel special, especially Patryk and Noah, they always brighten my day. The drinks are perfectly crafted every time but truly the staff are the reason I always choose this specific location.“
