“This is by far the best Starbucks around!!! The staff are AMAZING, so friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make you feel special, especially Patryk and Noah, they always brighten my day. The drinks are perfectly crafted every time but truly the staff are the reason I always choose this specific location.“

“Someone told me recently that there were a bunch of poor reviews of this place, and I understood why. The level of service had dropped.
My visit today though, exceeded my expectations. (I doubt they exceeded Starbucks standards though.)
I'm a long-time weekly customer and that may skew the service I get.
I was asked if I needed room in my cup both times it was filled (I drink my coffee black so it is a pet peeve when the baristas don't fill up the cup).
Both of my food orders were delivered to my seat.
Given my recent experiences here, I didn't expect either to happen, so I'm surprised.“

“I’m a regular at this Starbucks location and visit quite often, so overall it has become part of my routine. I’m giving it four stars, mainly because of one consistent issue: the unpredictability of the wait time.

On some days, everything works perfectly. Whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, you can get your coffee in under five minutes, and the experience is quick and smooth. But on other days, the exact same situation — with only two or three cars ahead — can turn into a 30-minute wait. It’s very difficult to understand why, especially when the number of customers doesn’t seem significantly different. This makes it almost impossible to plan your time. For example, if I have 20 minutes before work, I can’t be confident that I’ll actually make it in and out in time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and that uncertainty is the main reason I can’t give five stars.

That said, the quality itself is consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks. The coffee tastes good, the snacks are fresh, and the menu offers plenty of options. The staff are generally polite, and the overall experience, aside from the wait times, is positive.

I’ll definitely continue coming back because I enjoy the coffee and the convenience of the location. I just really wish the timing was more predictable, so regular customers could rely on it when they’re on a schedule.“
