“Sister went to order a coffee for us while I waited at a table. It was so nice that the barista was talking with her and acknowledging people as they came and went. When they got busy with teenagers, they got them in and out so quick! Glad our order was ahead of them.“

“The baristas were working the best they could. This location was incredibly busy and the only two people working handle the crowd very well and calmly.
This location was filled with preteens and it was very busy.
There is lots of parking. No drive thru (sadly)“

“A big shout out to Sean and Jess at 503 Brant Street, Burlington. Sean went out of his way to help me navigate the Starbucks app so my twin girls could get their birthday drinks. My twin daughters had a perfect ending to their 14th birthday. Sean you're the best !!“

“I am thoroughly pleased with Starbucks, with the bev (Dragonfruit is fruity and fresh!) and a snack (Oatbar, always fresh!) and the staff (they are friendly and professional ?)! See you all again, drive-thru or in the restaurant counter!

“These hours aren't accurate!! It says they are open until 9 on Saturdays, on the Starbucks app as well. Just went there, closed and doors locked. I finally decide to look up the Burlington centre website directory for the Starbucks, completely different hours. Says closed at 7.
Total BS.“

“Newest store in the neighbourhood. Known as the Metro Appleby Store in the Millcroft Metro. The staff are new and friendly. It's located in the metro and will have its own entrance as well. It's open to the grocery store and is small but a welcome respite before or after groceries. No drive through. Parking available. No high chairs (yet). No bathroom but there is one in the metro. They only operate inside metros regular hours of operation.“

“Came here to grab a quick drink with my bestie and her daughter. We ordered 2 drinks and a water. We sat down to wait for our beverages, and the kind man that took our order came to our table and gave us a cake pop for her daughter. What a kind and sweet gesture. You definitely made her day! Thank you for your kindness and generosity! Will definitely return!“

“I’m a regular at this Starbucks location and visit quite often, so overall it has become part of my routine. I’m giving it four stars, mainly because of one consistent issue: the unpredictability of the wait time.

On some days, everything works perfectly. Whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, you can get your coffee in under five minutes, and the experience is quick and smooth. But on other days, the exact same situation — with only two or three cars ahead — can turn into a 30-minute wait. It’s very difficult to understand why, especially when the number of customers doesn’t seem significantly different. This makes it almost impossible to plan your time. For example, if I have 20 minutes before work, I can’t be confident that I’ll actually make it in and out in time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and that uncertainty is the main reason I can’t give five stars.

That said, the quality itself is consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks. The coffee tastes good, the snacks are fresh, and the menu offers plenty of options. The staff are generally polite, and the overall experience, aside from the wait times, is positive.

I’ll definitely continue coming back because I enjoy the coffee and the convenience of the location. I just really wish the timing was more predictable, so regular customers could rely on it when they’re on a schedule.“

“Wonderful staff, wonderful drinks, and that's why it's so busy. If you're going here, expect a lineup or wait during rush hours. I'd recommend ordering via mobile app ahead of time if you know you're getting something.“
