Had such a great experience at Starbucks thanks to Kinda! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful while helping me place my order the right way. Her positive attitude and customer service really made my day better. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her!
Just wanted to give a shout-out to the Starbucks star employee Patrick, who made my day today! Came in with my daughter, who wanted a treat. Other things going on in my life, and I wasn't in a good mood. This kind gentleman offered a drink suggestion and mused with my daughter. I appreciated his friendly and positive attitude!
This isn't the first time I've ordered online and when I arrive the lady who serves me tells me she doesn't have it and takes more than 10 minutes to make it.
