Not a Starbucks fan
They make the drinks badly and inconsistently here. Everything is weaker. They are clearly trying to conserve ingredients or lack ingredients. Maybe they should eyeball me harder while I navigate the debit machine set to automatic tip with scratched off buttons.
I usually get coffee at this café because the coffee here tastes the best. It’s always clean, and the baristas are friendly, smile, and write nice messages on the cups.

One customer had the best experiences out of all Starbucks in Hamilton, praising the exceptional customer service for going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. Another reviewer is extremely thankful for a barista who listened actively and advised on a citrus chamomile tea, which is now an everyday drink. However, there are issues. Some staff are generally unfriendly, and one location refused service because the store closed in 2 minutes. Orders can be problematic; an iced caramel macchiato had no caramel and was a strong bitter milky coffee, and another customer got no milk in their iced coffee. The food and coffee are considered standard quality for a Starbucks, but the culture at one store needs a reset.
