Some staff are generally unfriendly, and one location refused service because the store closed in 2 minutes. Orders can be problematic; an iced caramel macchiato had no caramel and was a strong bitter milky coffee, and another customer got no milk in their iced coffee. The food and coffee are considered standard quality for a Starbucks, but the culture at one store needs a reset.
