I wonder what has gone wrong with this drive through. The service is very hit and miss now,such a change from before. Getting your order right seems like to much trouble nowadays. It's very clear there is a high turnover of staff and the training is definitely not working. such a shame as previously the staff,service etc were all fabulous. Time for a shake up.
Coffee & food always good. However, place is very dirty most of the time, nobody cleaning or lifting cups and plates away, left by lazy patrons who could easily dispose of the non reusable cups! Floor is always littered, and witnessed staff today taking cups away but not cleaning any tables! Where is the hygiene?? More staff behind the counter than needed, do better please and make the place habitable! Also, too many lap top users taking space and not actually buying anything!...read full review
Just came for a pup cup earlier and staff were SO lovely in the drive thru window. My dog really appreciates the large pup cup and the claps ❤️ thanks for being so nice!
