“First time trying Starbucks and I loved it. I got cheese and bacon omelette bites and a cookie crumble frappuccino and it was amazing!!! The store that I visited was very nice, clean, everything was presented nicely, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and polite. Will definitely be back at this location again!!!“

“I gotta say Starbucks really knows how to run a business, having the right staff makes all the difference, Taha is one of the nicest servers I’ve ever met always polite knows my order and goes above and beyond to make you smile, it was my birthday and I forgot to enter it on the app. He reversed my whole order just so he can give me a free drink. This is how you keep customers coming back and loyal for life.“

I had such a wonderful experience with Ravleen Ahuja. She is incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make people feel welcomed and cared for.

What stood out to me most was her thoughtfulness and the personal touch she brought to the experience. She recommended a special drink for me after hearing that I wasn’t a fan of matcha because of a previous bad experience — and honestly, I was completely blown away. It was so delicious that I didn’t want the drink to end!

It’s people like Ravleen who remind you that kindness and humanity still exist in the little moments. Her positive energy, genuine care, and exceptional customer service truly made my day.

“A very good Starbucks. I don't usually go, but I went to this one just before my Canada's Wonderland trip. The coffee was good, and the pesto, egg & mozzarella sandwich is great for pesto lovers (me.) If I'm in the Major MacKenzie area again, I'll definitely pay this location a visit.“

“This location is my new after-work go to since the Yonge & John St. store unfortunately shut down and it's just okay. Staff for the most part is pretty friendly, but I have had my beverages made incorrectly a couple of times. The main thing though is that this location severely lacks atmosphere which is a shame.“
