“I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this Starbucks location truly deserves it.

From the moment you walk in, there’s a genuine warmth that’s hard to miss. The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming, calm, and consistently positive — even during the busiest hours.

A special thank you to Shubhi, Taha, Gelareh, and Marina, who each bring such kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail to every interaction. You can tell they care, and it makes a difference.

And a big recognition to the manager, Chiara— her leadership clearly shines through. It’s reflected in the team’s energy, the smooth flow of the store, and the overall experience. It’s rare to see a place where everything feels this well-run while still being so friendly and personal.

This isn’t just a place to grab coffee — it’s a place where people genuinely make your day better. Easily one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!“

“First time trying Starbucks and I loved it. I got cheese and bacon omelette bites and a cookie crumble frappuccino and it was amazing!!! The store that I visited was very nice, clean, everything was presented nicely, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and polite. Will definitely be back at this location again!!!“

“I visited Starbucks this Tuesday around 12–1 PM and had such a great experience. Jashan helped me during my visit, and I genuinely appreciated her customer service.

“A very good Starbucks. I don't usually go, but I went to this one just before my Canada's Wonderland trip. The coffee was good, and the pesto, egg & mozzarella sandwich is great for pesto lovers (me.) If I'm in the Major MacKenzie area again, I'll definitely pay this location a visit.“

The barista who took my order, a woman with long dark hair whose name started with a G, was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect drink for me. “This location is my new after-work go to since the Yonge & John St. store unfortunately shut down and it's just okay. Staff for the most part is pretty friendly, but I have had my beverages made incorrectly a couple of times. The main thing though is that this location severely lacks atmosphere which is a shame.“
