I spoke to her on the phone afterwards, and she is the epitome of customer service and leadership at its finest. Her sincerity, care, and attention to this matter makes up for the entire experience. I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location today. We placed our order through the drive-through and were instructed by the barista to wait in front of the store. However, when we got there, we were unable to park in the designated area because another vehicle was taking up two parking spots.
We brought this to the barista’s attention, hoping for some assistance. Instead of acknowledging the situation or offering help, she told us not to “scream,” which felt both dismissive and unprofessional. We were not being aggressive—we were simply trying to explain that we couldn’t park as instructed.
Being directed to wait in a specific area without ensuring it’s actually usable, and then being spoken to in that manner, was frustrating. A more appropriate response would have been to acknowledge the issue and offer an alternative solution or assistance.
Overall, this experience left a negative impression. I hope management takes steps to improve both communication and customer service.“
“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly for the past 2–3 months, and the experience has been consistently great every time. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they really make the place feel comfortable and positive. My drinks are always made perfectly, the store is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing whether it’s busy or quiet. You can tell the team genuinely cares about customer service. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations!“
“Great Customer Service Experience. Clean store. Love my Matcha Latte. A little pricey. Vanilla syrup used to be only $12 & they raised it to $24 since covid. The staff told me that the syrups weren't selling like they used to at all other starbucks locations.“
