“I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while, used to love how my coffee would brighten my day with rich, balanced flavor. Lately though, the quality has dipped; drinks feel rushed and inconsistent. On the upside, the staff is always friendly and service is quick.“

“The act of kindness I experienced at this location yesterday was a reminder that you never know what kind of impact you have on someone's day. For context, I was not having a good day and was tasked with picking up 2 trays of drinks by myself. I had to park farther away due to the lot being full, and it was raining. The team member offered to walk me to my car (in the rain) so that I wouldn't have to carry the drinks by myself. Luckily, I had an umbrella and offered to walk them back to the store, to which they declined. I needed that small act of kindness and it lightened a very stressful day.“

“Ordered on the app and picked up via the drive through 2 days in a row at this location. The service is fast and the barista was very good and attentive. We liked the drinks they created and will definitely come back when we are in Markham area again.“

“I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks recently and felt compelled to share just how enjoyable it was. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The café was clean, well organized, and had that classic cozy Starbucks vibe that makes you want to sit down, relax, and take your time.

We ordered the dark roast coffee and the coconut coffee, and both were absolutely fantastic. The dark roast had a rich, bold flavor that coffee lovers will really appreciate. It was smooth, full-bodied, and perfectly brewed. The coconut coffee was equally impressive — creamy, slightly sweet, and refreshing with a subtle tropical flavor that made it feel like a special treat rather than just a regular cup of coffee.

To go along with our drinks, we tried the pesto sandwiches, and they were delicious. The bread was fresh and lightly toasted, the pesto had a great aromatic flavor, and the ingredients tasted high quality and well balanced. It paired perfectly with the coffee and made for a really satisfying snack.

What truly made the visit stand out was the overall experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly cared about making sure customers had a good time. Even though it was fairly busy, our order was prepared quickly and everything came out exactly right.

Overall, it was a fantastic visit. Great coffee, tasty food, and excellent service all in one place. If you enjoy high-quality coffee and a comfortable café atmosphere, this Starbucks location is definitely worth visiting. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!“

“Two things will tell you if you’re at a good location.1. Exceptional staff and baristas who don’t miss a beat, and 2. The quality and taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. And this location won me at that.I’m a bit particular about the taste of Nitro, and if its pulled wrong or the ratio of water that is mixed in is wrong, it can throw the flavour off. If the tanks and lines aren’t cleaned properly you can get a bitter or strange tasting beverage. There are a lot of moving parts in making sure the cold brew is up to par, and is usually a good indicator as to how much care the staff takes in preparing the cold brew (and likely everything else). That litmus test is what I personally use to know if I want to keep going to a location or not, and I never have issues here.Also special shout-out to JC who knew exactly what I wanted from my Nitro beverage. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work. Cheers!“

“I am happy to give the store 5 points.
1. A bigger space;
2. The most important thing is the service, the girl who is at the cashier thinks about my needs and kindly adjusts to make sure the order works well; she even told the barrista take extra attention for it
3. The barista took good care of my drink.

Besides that, they are smiling at customers and said “happy birthday “ to another customer who is birthday.

“Great experience today! I originally asked for soy milk, but they were out. The server (who seemed a little nervous) kindly explained and asked what other milk I’d like instead. She handled it really well, made my drink perfectly, and it was still delicious. She did a great job — keep it up! 👏☕️ too bad I didn’t catch her name though..“

“Went there for my birthday and asked them to surprise me with their favorite drink, IT WAS AMAZING. The girl who was helping me out, Emma, with one of their new staff (sorry I forgot her name), were the best. Super friendly and patient, and they made me the best drink I've ever had from Starbucks!“

“I had amazing service when I came, this is my go to Starbucks location now. Especially the baristas Kelvin and Mitchell, they make my day so much better whenever I see them as my servers. They deserve a raise for the drinks that they make for me.“

“Jen helped out greatly by helping choose a great drink for our young daughter, she recommended a non caffeinated tea drink. Jen made sure she liked it before we left by offering taste test and an extra vanilla pump. The cream and sugar station was very untidy, messy and had empty creamer pod. Overall would go back if in the town again for hockey game across the road.“
