Ali, Neda and Sangeetha are star employees at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital Starbucks! Always friendly and attentive, They ensure customers feel valued. They have commitment to outstanding service shines during busy times, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication is truly appreciated and makes each visit a delight.
The people are quite lovely however the things that are unfortunate are the hours (rarely open and never when you actually want coffee especially when you're in a hospital), prices are inflated, and the drinks only recently started to taste ok. Oh, and you can't use points.

Nice vibe. Clean. Polite staff. However, there is one staff here today and long line up plus mobile order. I had to wait 15 minutes to get coffee which is unacceptable. The only one staff kept running around and was stressed out. Not a good service for Starbucks
