I don’t understand why this big blockage is placed in front of where customers are supposed to pick up their orders, but it’s causing a huge mess and discounts those with physical limitations. The workers make your drink, call out your name, and then just leave it at the very front closest to them where customers cannot even reach for their order. I’m at the Vaughan mills Starbucks in the mall location every morning with my husband I Walk In and Nikki always knows exactly what we want how we want it and when we wanted.
She is an amazing addition, and I always look forward to seeing her.
